ith winter on the way it is time to tidy up your gardens and allotments. Always best to get any canes or other bean sticks cleaned off and put in the dry for the winter. Also prune back your fruit bushes now and cut down autumn fruiting raspberries. You can plant garlic, onions and shallots ready for next year. At Lovejoys we are planning for a very different Christmas to the one we had last year, which most of us will remember as a bit of a disaster, certainly for the hospitality trade. This lasted pretty much until spring when restaurants and hotels started re-opening. Since the start of summer we have been extremely busy and have even had to call on a few of our
