From Sharing Equipment to Respecting Space
ENHANCING YOUR GYM EXPERIENCE We're thrilled to see so many dedicated individuals working hard to achieve their health and wellness goals. As we continue to foster a positive and inclusive environment for everyone, we'd like to kindly remind all members to be mindful of their fellow gymgoers when using equipment. Here are a few simple etiquettes that can make a significant difference:
Share the Equipment
If the gym is busy, try to keep your workout efficient and allow others to use the equipment during rest intervals.

Olivia is 7 years old and goes to Vinewood Elementary. Her favorite subject is art. She loves Burgers and fries and her favorite fast food is In n Out. She loves playing tennis and softball and her favorite animal is Mila her cat. Summer is her favorite season as she gets to swim with her 9 cousins at Nonni and Poppi’s house. She can’t wait for spring when she will be getting her first puppy.
After using any equipment, please take a moment to wipe it down with the provided disinfectant wipes. This helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.
Keep Noise Levels Down
While we understand that workouts can be intense, please be mindful of the noise you're making. This ensures a more comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
Respect Personal Space
Give others enough space to move around freely and avoid crowding specific areas.
Re-Rack Weights
After lifting weights, make sure to return them to their designated racks. This helps maintain an organized and safe workout space. Remember, we're all part of a community working toward similar goals. Your cooperation in observing these simple guidelines ensures a positive experience for everyone. Our first ever Pickleball Tournament is Sat, Feb 10! We have a few spots left to sign up! See the Fitness Center front desk to get your spot. In our ongoing efforts to enhance the gym experience for everyone, we'd like to add a friendly reminder to always check in at the front desk when you arrive. This small yet crucial step helps us maintain accurate attendance records and ensures the safety and security of our members. Here are a few quick tips:
Check-In at the Front Desk
Whether you're a regular or occasional visitor, please take a moment to check in with our friendly front desk staff upon arrival. This allows us to keep track of attendance and provide assistance if needed.
Update Contact Information
If there have been any changes to your contact details, please inform the front desk. It helps us keep you informed about gym updates, events, and any important announcements. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is highly appreciated and contributes to a smoothly run and secure gym environment for everyone.
Class Schedule Changes
Beginning Feb 1, Carlos' classes will be scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Power Hour will start at 5pm, followed by Stretch & Flex at 6pm.
