HOUSE & SOCIAL COMMITTEE Update on Initiatives, Future Plans Dear Members, The House and Social Committee has been diligently working to enhance your experience at the Club, and we wanted to provide you with an update on our recent activities. First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for your participation in the recent surveys. Your feedback is invaluable, and it has allowed us to identify several key areas we are actively addressing to improve the overall atmosphere and amenities within the Club.
More Menu Offerings
One of the prominent themes from the surveys was the desire for a more diverse menu and dining selections. We understand the importance of catering to varied tastes and preferences, and our committee is working closely with the culinary team to explore exciting and diverse options that will appeal to everyone.
Clubhouse Update
Additionally, we have taken note of your concerns regarding the state of the Founders Cafe, particularly the need for updated carpet, Main Dining Room chairs, and fixtures. Rest assured, we are in the process of evaluating potential renovations and enhancements to create a more inviting and comfortable space for all members.
Service Charge
Another common theme emerging from the surveys was the service charge, and we recognize its significance in the overall member experience.

Our committee is actively exploring solutions to address this concern and ensure a fair and transparent system aligning with the expectations of our valued members. While these areas have been identified as priorities, we want to assure you we are also considering other suggestions and feedback received through the surveys. Your input is guiding our decisions, and we are committed to creating positive changes reflecting the collective preferences of our membership. In the coming weeks, we anticipate finalizing a comprehensive plan outlining our proposed solutions to the identified issues. We will be transparent in communicating these plans and seek your input before implementation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are excited about the positive transformations ahead.
