Recovery Approach

The WMHI adopts a recovery oriented approach to mental health, which means that our focus is on recovery not illness. This may see like a subtle distinction, but it’s a vital one. It means we don’t teach people how to look for problems that aren’t there, or how to make themselves unwell. We teach them how to confidently and skillfully manage mental health in the workplace, while staying well themselves. It also means that our courses incorporate diverse perspectives on mental health and wellness - perfect for diverse workforces.

Workplace Focus and Understanding

We take a unique approach to managing mental health at work, and understand the complexities involved in supporting people where mental health issues are concerned, while also ensuring that the business performs at optimal standard. We believe that these are not mutually exclusive.

Our Qualified Workplace Mental Health Specialists

All our specialists are qualified clinicians (psychologists, accredited mental health social workers, counsellors, coaches etc) with extensive experience in mental health, and are equally qualified and experienced in business management and leadership, so they understand the unique challenges facing organisations, and the solutions when it comes to mental health and wellbeing.

We’ll come to you - anywhere and everywhere you and your people are.

With experienced Workplace Mental Health Specialists located in major capital cities, we offer services across the USA, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, and beyond, offering the capacity to deliver a large number of programs that are consistent in both content and quality.

Practical Skills

Your team members will be equipped with proven strategies they can use every day to achieve higher levels of productivity, increased creativity, and a greater capacity to solve problems, more effective teamwork, and a healthy, happy morale throughout the organisation.
