Regulation
CLP Regulation EC/1272/20082. This Regulation ensures that the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals of the United Nations is used for the classification, labelling and packing of substances and mixtures placed on the EU market and used within the EU.
Directive
Directive 2010/75/EU3 on industrial emissions.
