Do You have a Really Big Question?

E

ver wanted to know how emotions shape our worldview? Or maybe even how we face our own mortality? These questions and more have inspired great works of art, literature, and philosophy, and they contribute to the overarching themes on the recent series of SoundVision Productions’ The Really Big Questions (TRBQ).

• Emotion: How Do Emotions Shape Our World? Sunday, February 7, 8pm

TRBQ considers the intersection of empirical science and the humanities and what that conversation can or cannot tell us about who we are and what we value. WSIU Radio will air the series this month as follows:

• Religion: Can Science Explain Why We Believe? Sunday, February 28, 8pm

newscaster, weekend host of All Things Considered, and frequent fill-in host on many NPR programs.

TRBQ is hosted by NPR’s Lynn Neary who has been a Morning Edition

• Consciousness: What is Consciousness? Sunday, February 14, 8pm • Death: How Do We Face Our Own Mortality? Sunday, February 21, 8pm
