This is the most important thing, as lying to yourself and others won't get you anywhere!

Be realistic

You can't just change your identity in a few days, whether it's for yourself or someone else. The best things require hard work, so give yourself time to work hard.

Be involved

Want to meet new people? New clubs and societies are the perfect way to go. Why don't you try something you've always wanted to do? Or something you never even thought of trying? The sky's the limit.

Be helpful

At Wynberg, we are all just like siblings, friendly and connected. Helping each other find teachers, classes, and each other is a part of maintaining the acceptance we are known for.

Be excited

Due to the constant " , I'm tired" we hear each other moaning, we know school is simply exhausting. But, try to have some enthusiasm, even if you have to fake it. Be prepared

Knowing what's coming is often what gives you the upper hand in life. Try to remember where you were emotionally when joining a new school - and know that many new kids are going to go through the same.

Be focused

School is hard, and only gets more challenging as you grow, so pay good attention to your academics too!
