York University

Founded in 1890, York University is a private four year liberal arts university affiliated with the churches of Christ and located in York, Nebraska. York offers numerous bachelor degrees and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Master of Arts degrees are also offered online. York's student-to-faculty ratio is around 12:1, and the student enrollment is around 500 with a typical class size of 22. The York Panthers compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Division II and is a member of the Kansas Collegiate Athletics Conference.
