Eίναι γλυκό να βλέπεις τη θάλασσα όταν στέκεσαι στην ακτή
Roughly translated, this Greek proverb means, “it is sweet to view the
sea when standing on the shore.”
It suggests that once you’ve overcome a struggle, it’s easy to look back
and appreciate the journey. That once you’ve conquered a hardship, it’s
natural to be grateful. This proverb is especially poignant in light of the
past year...
...Surrounding myself with family has always been vitally important to
me. Whether you’ve got a big family, a small family, or friends you’ve
chosen to be your family, our loved ones are more important than ever.
Throughout this magazine, you’ll learn about my large Greek family and
two important extensions of that family: Errol and Constance.
