Our Clients matter to us. Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager for theentire duration of the project, leaving the Client free to get on with their core business.

WE PROVIDE REPORTS ON EVERY PROJECT’S PROGRESS INCLUDING WEEKLY REPORTS AND PICTURES. REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING FOR US. All we have is happy clients – they’re the result of our inspirational work and service. Our Client Relations team is always there to listen to our Clients and arrange for immediate remedy in case of a problem.

OUR DESIGN APPROACH

Our Design Philosophy

In addition to our shared philosophy and vision with all our collaborators, our team is known for its design expertise as well as its hands-on project management. Our teams work closely with Clients to promote a creative and seamless process while focusing on creating user-friendly environments conducive to both efficient operations and healthy human interaction. We approach each and every requirement on the premise that the client's needs have to be met, their budget to be respected and their corporate culture to be nurtured. With our multidisciplinary profile, we provide holistic services to support clients at every stage of the project, from initial ideation and design through implementation and management. Our teams are made of highly qualified professionals from all disciplines and practices that allows us to create cross-disciplinary teams that blend a remarkable range of expertise and deliver a comprehensive vision that would be impossible with a less diverse mix of talent. Our clients benefit from the skills of our specialist collaborators, and the overarching creative vision of our seasoned architects. We build partnerships with each client, developing solutions that are unique and meaningful.

OUR DELIVERY APPROACH We approach every project in a relatively undiscovered way. It’s known as Design and Build inthe construction industry. It saves time, minimizes risks and reduces hassle – and it’s more likely to deliveron time and to budget. All in all, it represents better value for your money. Design and Build is about letting one company take care of everything. Literally everything. From planning permission to interior design to construction to move-in. Dealing with just the one contractor brings immediate and ongoing benefits – and it does so because almost all the work is done in-house with one integrated team.

For start, time is saved on negotiating contracts. There’s just one agreement to sign that covers the entire job. And there’s a single point of contact throughout the project, who assumes full responsibility from beginning to end and will overseeeverything. Because the designer and the builder actually talk to one another, and work together from the outset, the Design and Build approach offers firm guarantees. The design you sign off is the design you get. The cost you tell the finance director is the actual final cost. So there’s more certainty and less risk. Contractually the client gets more protection too.

OUR DELIVERY APPROACH Critical Path Perhaps most significantly, a unique aspect of Design and Build – parallel working – helps bring forward the completion date of a project. How? Because in the traditional approach, the designer and contractors are individual runners in a relay race, who must pass on the baton before the next one can start. But a Design and Build contractor can manage tasks so that many of them run in parallel – helping the project stick to a critical path. So nearly everybody can be running at the same time, making the whole exercise a lot quicker. Another advantage of Design and Build is the contractor’s ability to address, in a more cohesive way, the legislative, health and safety, technological and environmental matters that affect modern workplaces. After all, the end result has to be practical and compliant, as well as elegant. What’s more, with around one-fifth of all projects having a major defect, however they are developed, it’s important that the Design and Build contractor is around to put problems right .Compare this to the traditional approach, where the client is usually left to pick up the pieces.

Quality of Design Unsure about the quality of design? It comes down to the talent and experience of the individual designers working on the project. With more than 1000+ projects to our credit, our teams of architects and designers are skilled and experienced in delivering unique and creative spaces.

Hilton Hotel Resort

HILTON HOTEL RESORT The Al Ain Hilton Hotel is conceived as an oasis in the desert. But rather than being traditional, or literal, we have interpreted the theme and are showing the essence of water: and it’s fundamental building blocks: its atomic composition. By reminding guests that H2O, also known as water, is the most precious resource in the desert, we invite any guests of the Al Ain Hilton Hotel to experience a simple care-free existence, which will cleanse the mind, body and soul and allows guests time to focus on what is essential in their lives. As it has done for thousands of years, water sustains life in the harsh environment of the desert.

Desert Resort Option I, II & III

DESERT RESORT OPTION I, II & III This private villa overlooking a Dubai suburb was already under construction when the client requested to change the style of the villa’s exterior. We started our design process started by the creation of a set of guidelines governing the organization of openings and use of materials. We used two interchanging colours of sand stone in horizontal strips interrupted by pieces of plaster framed in heavy timber to give the elevations a sense of play, and to break up the large volume of the building. We have added cloud-like wood canopies on the roof as floating shading elements for the roof terrace, and a set of feature arches to emphasize the various entrances to the villa.

Rashid Villa - Other Options

RASHID VILLA OPTION 1 This villa was designed to satisfy the requirements of a young, dynamic and adventurous owner. The atmosphere of mystery, which starts from the hidden main entrance, merged with a touch of a modern aesthetic generated the form of the villa: a low building, with inclined walls forming a unique style. The villa consists of a basement for parking and services, a ground floor for most daily activities, and a first floor dedicated for a spacious family living with a roof garden extension. The requirement of Islamic privacy was satisfied by separating the day activities from the night activities in two different wings with separate entrances provided for the family and for the Majlis.

SCOTT LIBRARY YORK UNIVERSITY Scott Library is located in the central hub of York University’s Keele campus. The library is the largest library facility at York, but required a renovation to its second floor. Our proposal for this 26,000 s.f. facility created an active and dynamic learning space. The design included, among other things, collaborative informal seating, flexible technology, mobile furniture, classrooms, group rooms and a “Learning Commons” hub providing a variety of academic support services. These new library spaces provide a transformation from a “house for books” to a “house for learners”, and acknowledge the distinctive role of the library as the key learning environment beyond the classroom.

VELLORE VILLAGE PUBLIC LIBRARY This new branch library was recently added to the Vellore Village Joint-Use Complex, an award winning facility - also designed by our firm - that integrates a community centre and secondary school within a 35acre district park campus. As one of the largest projects of its type in Ontario, the complex was designed to maximize the sharing of facilities, yet maintain a distinctive character and identity for each owner. The architectural aesthetic of the addition is true to the original modern style, yet evolves to become more formally dynamic through the use of curvilinear and cantilevered features.
