Zeppelin University Zeppelin University ( ZU ) in Friedrichshafen at Lake Constance is a foundation university bridging business, culture, and politics and is accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities. Executive Master in Mobility Innovations | eMA MOBI The part-time master program Mobility Innovations changes decision-makers and developers into shapers of future mobility. It highlights various facets of national and global markets, market developments, transport chains, and trade relations in order to assess the prospects of implementing new business model ideas. The interdisciplinary curriculum is divided into three areas | The area Mobility & Transport Research addresses social needs and habits related to mobility and then derives the respective requirements for the mobility industry. The efficient organization of transport and logistics, as well as future innovations are also focused on. | The area Market Trends & Technological Innovations studies the question how normative changes and market-based transformations can be initiated, and which technological developments enable this change. | The area Business Model Innovation & Implementation analyzes how trends lead to a paradigm shift and how this, in turn, can be integrated into new business models.
Aim of the Program of Studies The participants gain a comprehensive overview of the structures, functionalities, and future challenges of the transport and logistics industry. They know the reciprocal relationships and future trends, based on the state of the art. All participants carry out a project work from their own corporate context, parallel to their seminars. In doing this, they apply the content of their study program to their immediate corporate environment so that a continuous transfer between theory and practical implementation takes place. International Academy | Module Abroad The international study trips take the students to international business and university partner locations. There the students do not only get to know the challenges of international transport chains and those regarding the integration of different modes of transport on a European level, but also the effects of European politics on the mobility sector. Target Group Our curriculum aims at experts from the transport, logistics, and mobility industries. It is designed for participants with various educational backgrounds : Thus, industrial engineers meet communications managers, or sales experts meet product developers. Admission Requirements | a completed study program of at least three years at a university, an institution equivalent to a university, or a university of applied sciences | relevant professional experience of at least 12 months | existing employment relationship | proof of English language skills – ZU test | successful participation in multilevel ZU admission procedure
The program at a glance | 21 months of part-time study | scope : 12 modules, at least 10 on-campus modules of 5 days each, e-leaning modules, 90 ECTS | locations : Friedrichshafen, national and international learning expeditions | degree : Master of Science in Mobility Innovations | tuition : € 25,900 Costs for traveling, board and lodging are not included in the tuition.
