Effects of yeast and its derivatives on meat yield and hematological indices of broiler chickens challenged with Salmonella lipopolysaccharide The present experiment was designed to determine the effects of yeast and its derivatives on meat yield and hematological indices of broiler chickens challenged with Salmonella lipopolysaccharide, a component of Salmonella bacterial cell wall.
