Most of the time people are not aware of their thoughts. Still, you can intentionally concentrate on good things. Once you start to notice what you’re thinking, it will be possible to make changes for better.

No matter how chaotic things get, we can remain grateful. Learn to appreciate simple pleasures – a favourite song, a picture or а smile of another person. Look for little joys and you will find them!
