I’m flesh and bones Sometimes referred to as a barking pomeranian Like glue when you are with me Like jenga when I notice But 100 like a true friend Being alone with my thoughts is a gamble Not broken or fully assembled Not in the moment or in the past or future Not beloved yet not loathed Not happy but for sure not sad or mad I’m neither here nor there I pronounce you the best actor I’m closer to your back than I am to your face As I cave in no rescue is waiting for me When you look at me what do you see?
