If you’re looking to kill two birds (occasions) in one stone, this 1-Michelin star contemporary french restaurant has customized 6-course menus for this month’s occasions while you and your loved ones enjoy an intimate meal set against the panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. Placing emphasis on Asian produce to ring in the Lunar New Year, the Fireworks menu include common Chinese dishes with a french twist such as Suckling Pig with celeriac-black truffle and Sea Bass with delicate broth, and a firecracker-shaped chocolate pine nuts dessert. For the lovebirds, a romantic set for two includes Steamed Duck Foie Gras with Pumpkin-Chestnut and Blue Lobster with Monalisa Potato Gnocchi, and heart-shaped Chocolate-Raspberry desserts to end off the night.
