能夠訪問Lee-Ann（李鞍）真是讓我們非常驚喜，畢竟這位女神已神秘消失於公眾眼前15年。憑著 新加坡、中國籍母親和法國父親給她標緻的混血美女臉蛋，90年代的時候，李鞍在模特兒界非常吃 香，而當年她才剛滿20歲。一直以來報章雜誌都總是將她與某男明星的名字連在一起，其實他們只 不過是在將近二十年前合作過。事實上，李鞍身上有更多有意思的故事有待我們發掘。我們難得有 這次機會，能夠深入了解這位真正活出自我，集自信、智慧與美貌於一身的現代女性典範。 Meeting Lee-Ann really took us by a pleasant surprise. She was in fact a woman of mystery who resurfaced to the public’s eye after 15 years. With her exotic features thanks to her Singaporean-Chinese mother and French father, Lee-Ann’s modelling career boomed in the 90’s when she was barely 20 years old. Majority of local media coverages then and now more often than not associated her to a famous male celebrity she merely co-starred with almost two decades ago. Yet, there is so much more to her. It was a rare treat unravelling the depth of a modern woman who has come into her own - confidence, intelligence and beauty combined into one.

找到自己的使命 FINDING HER CALLING 這位經驗豐富的模特兒是許多80後孩子（大部分已經是成年男性 了）心目中的「女神」。她的倩影曾出現在各大品牌如玉蘭油、潘 婷、Red Earth和周生生珠寶等的廣告中，風頭一時無兩。但是，她 在娛樂圈最為人津津樂道的作品是同是與香港「四大天王」之一黎明 一同參演的和記廣告，以及1998年由王晶執導的《新戀愛世紀》。在 香港參演了她的第三部電影後，李鞍存夠了錢回到法國老家繼續學 業，修讀心理學學位課程。 「我選修心理學一開始主要是因為想要助人，最後卻發現其實是自 助。在五年的課程中，你開始一點一點的了解自己－我知道這是我想 要追求的事業。見到我的病人順利完成治療，非常有滿足感。我相信 我在用我的生命做好事，這亦是我在社會中盡自己一分力的方法。」 The seasoned model is beloved by many 80’s kids (mostly grown men now) as their “beauty goddess”, as she graced front and center
on advertisements for big brands like Olay, Pantene, Red Earth and Chow Sang Sang Jewellery. Nevertheless, her most notable work in the entertainment industry was starring alongside one of Hong
Kong’s “Four Heavenly Kings” Leon Lai, not only in the Hutchinson
commercial but also in director Wong Jin’s 1998 romantic comedy Love
Generation Hong Kong. After starring in her third film in Hong Kong, Lee-Ann raised enough funds to return home to France in order to pursue a degree in psychology.
“At the beginning I enrolled in psychology mainly because I wanted to help people; in the end I realise it helped me. Through the course of five years, you start to know yourself a bit more — I knew this path was
my vocation. I feel fulfilled seeing my patients at the end of a therapy which went well. I believe I’m doing something good in my life, and it’s my way of playing my part in the society.”

現代女性是怎樣煉成的 MAKING OF A MODERN WOMAN 心理學將李鞍從內到外塑造成為更好的人。畢業之後，除了忙於照顧兩個小女兒當個 好媽媽，李鞍在家鄉卡龐特拉還在多個專業心理學領域之中耕耘，發展她的事業。她 曾在照料阿茲海默症老人的醫院工作，亦曾為青少年提供治療。現在她成為執業臨床 心理學家，同時亦是為尼姆上訴法院司法部提供協助的心理學專家。 說實話，真的很少聽見誰是模特兒同時又是心理學家的。但總而言之，李鞍就是決心 要讓大家摒除成見，強烈提倡女性不要為自己設限。她甚至不時在Instagram上鼓勵 大家。「不是說我的性格變成像《化身博士》一樣有雙重人格，而是兩種事業可以相 輔相成。許多人都說模特兒沒有腦袋，但那不是真的！你可以是愛好時尚的模特兒， 同時又擁有一份要動腦筋的事業。現代女性有很多面，這些只是其中之一－美貌、智 慧、當媽媽；我們能做的事太多太多了。」她說。 Psychology has shaped Lee-Ann to develop better introspection and outlook in life. Since graduating, apart from juggling parenthood as a mother of two young daughters, Lee-
Ann has endeavoured and flourished in various fields of her profession in her hometown Carpentras. She has worked in a hospital treating elderly patients with alzheimer's, to
providing therapy for adolescents. She now works as a clinical psychologist in her very own practice, and also assists the justice department at the Court of Appeal of Nîmes as an expert psychologist.
Let’s be honest - it is really rare to hear of someone who practises modelling and psychology as a profession. Nonetheless, Lee-Ann was determined to shut down these
outdated thinking and strongly advocates that women should never limit themselves. Even
her Instagram feed has occasional motivational posts. “It’s not as though my personality
has become like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Instead, both careers can be complementary. As a model, there were a lot of cliches of us being stupid. Well, that’s not true! You can
be a model who has an interest in fashion, while concurrently have an intelligent career. These are just one aspect of being a modern woman - beauty, brains, being a mother; we’re capable of doing so many things,” she said.

華麗回歸 THE COMEBACK 健身讓李鞍多年來保持青春美麗並不是什麼秘密。少女李鞍曾在倫敦皇家芭蕾 舞學院習舞，後來卻迷上了習武。初回演藝界，李鞍沒有著急，而是以開放的 心態探索臨到她面前各種機會。她甚至想或許能在動作片中露一手。 李鞍強調，消失了15年，她能重回模特界，是命運或運氣使然。她現在生活比 較安定，女兒長大了點，心理學家的工作做得也不錯，而且最重要的是，她是 自己的老闆，所以現在這個時間剛剛好。回香港當模特兒，李鞍考慮都不用考 慮。不過，她確實挺驚喜，雖然她已經不是青春少艾，但香港還是熱情歡迎她 回歸到模特大軍。她打趣道︰「這帶出的信息很好，讓大家知道當模特兒的女 性成熟一點也沒關係，都是可以的……如果我有那麼長壽，100歲滿頭白髮的 時候，還是可以當模特兒的！」 It is no secret that fitness is a key reason to her beauty’s longevity. For someone
who was once educated at the Royal Ballet School in London in her youth, Lee-Ann has since diverted her passion for staying active to martial arts. While
still fresh into her return to showbiz, she is in no rush and is open to explore
different opportunities that comes her way. She is even excited by the thought of breaking a sweat or two in action films.
Lee-Ann insisted it was either fate or luck that got her to return to modelling
after 15 years of absence. She has been more settled with her life and was grasped onto the right moment - her daughters are older, and her work as a
psychologist is doing well; ultimately, she is her own boss. Returning to Hong
Kong for modeling opportunities was a no-brainer for Lee-Ann. Nonetheless, she has been pleasantly surprised that the city has embraced her even as she has reached the atypical modeling age. She quipped, “It gives a good image that
women can grow older in this industry and make it okay… why not 100 years old, white hair and all, if I live that far!”
