New product: Syntegra PRO 40 Prolube Lubricants says its new Syntegra PRO 40 is an ultra-high performance full synthetic engine oil which combines the latest development in additive technology and polyalphaolefin (PAO) base stock to provide a lubricating oil with the highest level of protection to ensure maximum engine longevity. Syntegra PRO 40 (SAE Grade: 10W40 ACEA: A3/ B3 – 2016) provides extra wear protection with zinc boost to give superior protection in extreme conditions. CALFLOW LS ENGINE CONVERSION FUEL LINE KIT New product added to the growing Calflow product range
Engine conversions can be a daunting undertaking, however with the right parts it doesn’t have to be a difficult one. The GM LS engine series, both Gen III and Gen IV, are amongst the most popular engines to use due to their availability, cost, size, weight, and of course power. Most LS conversions carried out today are done to vehicles that were originally fitted with a carburetor, therefore the existing fuel system will not be suitable owing to the higher pressure and flow that EFI demands. Australian Auto Accessories says the Calflow LS Engine Conversion Fuel Line Kits are the perfect solution for anyone retrofitting a GM LS based engine into their classic ride. Available with or without a fuel filter/regulator, these kits include 25 feet of 3/8” (6AN) EFI rate hose and all the necessary high quality black
anodised aluminium 6AN fittings required to connect from the fuel pump to the fuel rail. The filter/regulator combo features an internal bypass that regulates output pressure to 58PSI and is capable of flowing up to 255LPH.
