AIESEC in Chandigarh Recruitment Report
Event Report: AIESEC in Chandigarh conducted its recruitment in various tricity colleges covering 18 in totality. The whole recruitment process involved 3000 quality applicants from these colleges and a final selection of 100 students in the local chapter. AIESEC in Chandigarh printed 5000 application forms which we sold across 18 colleges and various institutes
All these forms were also given to our 125 clients in the city.

These leadership workshops had wide media coverage, we had 6+ recruitment centric articles in various newspapers, during this Lead session branding aspect for Bullseye was taken as priority.
The Lead!n workshops were a huge success and helped AIESEC increase its outreach in the city. Externals like Mr Amit Hans, Mr Kal Korpf were the guest speaker at a lot of these workshops
Selection Venue:
Out of 2700 forms sold 1500 was the turn up at our venue, wherein all group discussions were conducted by your esteemed staff.
We also collected feedback forms from your staff which is attached with the email itself. The ambience of selection venue was very healthy; we ensured that all students were informed regarding outsourcing partners which also enhanced the credibility of our organisation. All rooms had banners mentioning Bullseye as recruitment partners.
Subsequently we also had parents evening wherein Bullseye was mentioned as recruitment partners.
Along with a lot of LEAD Sessions delivered AIESEC in Chandigarh partnered with various cafes to increase outreach.
