Agenda Details Theme: Envisioning City and India 2020 Host – Jashan Dullat (AIESEC alumnus) Day 1 Opening – 9:30 Opening Note by representative from ISB and AIESEC Keynote – 9:45 A keynote speech by Mr. Vivek Atray which will provide a brief synopsis of the theme, its relevance to the city and the nation. Panel Discussion 10:00 The panel of 5 will touch on the role the youth has to play in the future, the current trends, both positive and negative with strong inferences. Objective: Kick-starting the two day forum by discussing various aspects of the theme Theme: Envisioning Chandigarh and India 2020. Panelist Profiles: Public Admin, Youth Voice, Media, Educationist, Entrepreneur Key discussions: Role of the Youth of Chandigarh Entrepreneurship: The way it would give the city a better perspective, a pool of opportunities and more avenues to work at. Touching upon the scope and potential that Chandigarh has Education: Importance of secondary education to change mindsets of the young and make them more inclined and open towards new ideas instead of cliche courses and jobs. Governance- E-governance and better Administration significant in making India 2020 happen. Ethical Leadership Better use of technology

Mentorship Tracks – 11 45 Breakout sessions happening parallel to each other, with the objective of imparting learning on the given topics. Delegates have an option of attending two out of three.

1) Redefining Education in the 21 Century- This track will refresh our opinions on the present education system, providing a new perspective, enriched by the thoughts of delegates. 2) Technology and Information Management –A workshop that stresses on the role of technology, not just in enhancing our lifestyle but also propel businesses forward. 3) Ethical Leadership - A talk that aims at burning leadership issues of today, with simple, story-based approach, presented in a lucid flow Every track would define different ways of moving towards a better 2020, for the city and the Nation. Essence of Volunteering – 14 30 Objective: Highlight the importance of volunteering experience for personal development and professional learning. The ideal outcome of this should be encouraging delegates to take on volunteering opportunities. Power of an Idea – 15 00 An interactive session on how to build upon idea, no matter how simple it is. The objective of this session is to give delegates the knowledge of how to go about designing a business plan. Chandigarh – The Metropolis – 15 45 The last session of the day which throws light on the actual state of Chandigarh and what does the young population need to do to take it towards being an ideal metropolitan. Day 2 Champions of Change | Founders’ Series – 9 45 Objective: A session where short –stories by the speakers will enthrall the audience with strong experience-sharing, growth of their respective companies and the level of success that they have enjoyed, along with the challenges faced in the journey. Mentorship Tracks – 11 00 Day 2’s mentorship tracks cover certain specific areas, which would come handy of the delegates considering start ups, or just in their understanding of how organizations work.
