The Event CITCO and AIESEC in Chandigarh are organized the “World Cuisine festival “on 3rd September, 2012 at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh . Around 40 International interns from all across the Globe came together and put the cuisines of their respective country for the visitors And tourists at Sukhna Lake. Great anticipation was seen throughout the radio and online social media promotions for The event and hence expectations from the fest were very high. It was a chance for Chandigarh to experience International atmosphere of more Than 20 countries and 15-20 different countries’ traditional food at the same time, They also got a chance to know about various countries’ food, culture, traditions, dances etc. Songs from AIESEC’s international students’ countries were played as International Students representing their countries in their traditional attires socialized with the Citizens. Over 3000 people attended the World Cuisine Festival.
