ABOUT CHINA
In a country as massive as China, not only the culture and language but the climate also varies from tropical in the south to subarctic in the northeast - so it can be quite challenging to choose where to go. But let us also not forget that China is a home to the adorable pandas which you can find while in Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding!
CHINESE CUISINE
The seasoning and cooking techniques in Chinese cuisine not only depends on historical background and ethnic groups but also on geographic features such as mountains, rivers, forests and deserts. There are modern "Eight Cuisines" of China: Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan, and Zhejiang - all worth exploring for your taste buds!
CULTURAL IDENTITY
Ancient Chinese culture is older than 5000 years which still have strong influence not only in modern China but around the world. As Cambodians, we are not new to such culture and language but what makes it so fascinating is that the traditions are valued till now despite globalisation - something you need to experience yourself while in China!
