ABOUT We are glad to announce a National Reintegration Seminar for all our Exchange Participants who have finished their experience for Global Volunteer, Global Entrepreneur & Global Talent. The objectives of the events are: 1) The last leadership development space in the EP Flow provided by AIESEC. 2) A sharing an networking space for all the EPs in your LC. 3) A trigger point for brand advocates.
WHY WELCOME BACK : Re-integrate EP after journey and motivate him/her to join AIESEC, sharing and information delivery
LEADERSHIP REVIEW: Help the EP debrief, review and explore their leadership development on their exchange, this is our core capability. STORYTELLING: Showcasing touching point: Use this space to collect stories, record testimonies and initiate promoters of AIESEC program.
POSITIONS
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategizing and planning with MCVP’s OGX & OGV. Managing the overall event, Final Responsible for the event, Tracking and allotting Tasks to OCVPs, Final Communication responsible with MCVP oGV
Co-ordinating with facilitators and getting the session needs ready. Venue decoration and responsible for printing needs and smooth functioning of the event.
Final EP happiness responsible, ensuring engagement of EP’s during and before the event. Making sure that Delegate needs are fulfilled, Keeping them energetic throughout the event.
