The LCs were divided in three different groups, in which was considered the cluster, the HR allocated for the R&R contest and the number of products that are being run. Months: Each Month has a focus to be considered in the Score.

The measurement will happen in the Months Tab. The Goal and the Achieved are per area, but the allocation of the numbers are per Member. Each day, the VP needs to report how the numbers are allocated and the MC responsible will cross-check in EXPA

Per each Milestone of PF, your LC have the opportunity to: - Fulfill one challenge and obtain extra points! Post a Back Office synergy proof (picture, video, tool screen shot) and get extra points! - Post one (1) meme of your LC per milestone and get extra points ;)
