What is the NST?

General Information

The NST (National Support Team) is a body that directly works with the national office and supports the MC in their operations and strategic projects. It consists of both current AIESEC members and AIESEC alumni who want to directly contribute to the national plenary and work on national initiatives, platforms and projects next to or after their membership experience. The responsibilities are very important for the performance and sustainability of the organization.

Marketing


Brand Advocacy Specialist Role Description As a Brand Advocacy Specialist, you give a voice to EPs and members who want to share their story. You will work with EP managers to collect materials from EPs and will stimulate our members to write blogs.

Measures of Success (MoS) • Engagement Rate • # Leads generated via social media channels Key Responsibilities • Stimulating EP managers to collect and choose representable blogs, videos and pictures from EPs. • Stimulating creation of blogs in network. • Working together with the Instagram, Facebook and Website managers to post this content. • With help from EP managers, selecting EPs to lend a GoPro during their experience for content collection. • Facilitate workshops for EPs on how to share their experiences during Outgoing Preparation Seminars.

Suggest 3 blog topics and explain what would be the most attractive way to present the content. 2. Website Manager Role Description As a Website Manager, you make sure our prospects, leads and customers can find all the information they need on our national website. You will work with the Website Analyst to find points for improvement and will be in contact with our external web partner, Brendly.

Measures of Success (MoS) • # Organic traffic • Time on site • Website conversion • Bounce rate & exit rate Key Responsibilities • Maintaining and adjusting content content adjustment on aiesec.nl. • Working in improvement sprints to improve one part of the website at a time. • Organizing and running tests to get insights into website performance (user & usability testing). • Search Engine Optimization.

What kind of experience do you have with WordPress and SEO? 2. How would you improve the web experience for our prospective leads and customers?


Website Analyst Role Description As a Website Analyst, you enable the Website Manager to take data-based decisions. You provide the Website Manager with the data they need and give your advice based on your analyses.

Measures of Success (MoS) • # Organic traffic • Time on site • Website conversion • Bounce rate & exit rate Key Responsibilities • Creating and analyzing dashboards on Google Analytics. • Running and analyzing Search Engine Advertising using AdWords. • Analyzing and giving advice for Search Engine Optimization. • Indicating points for improvement to Website Manager.

B2B Marketing Manager Role Description As a Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing Manager, you engage potential partners with our brand. You create content for our LinkedIn page, and in the future possibly for other channels. You work together with the Social Media Analyst and keep up to date on marketing trends to continuously find ways to improve B2B Marketing.

Measures of Success (MoS) • Engagement Rate • # Company leads generated via LinkedIn Key Responsibilities • Finding and creating relevant content. • Regularly and consistently posting content on LinkedIn . • Ensuring that posts are in line with the purpose of AIESEC, global/national brand guidelines, and network needs. • Working together with the Social Media Analyst to evaluate and improve our current activities. • Working together with the MCVP Marketing to find ways of innovating based on trends in the marketing field (e.g. other channels).

Facebook Manager Role Description As a Facebook Manager, you engage potential customers with our brand. You manage a team of content creators who create content lines for our Facebook page. You work together with the Social Media Analyst and keep up to date on marketing trends to continuously find ways to improve our Facebook marketing.

Measures of Success (MoS) • Engagement Rate • # Leads generated via Facebook Key Responsibilities • Collecting content from and giving feedback to the content creators. • Running Facebook Advertisements. • Ensuring that national and local posts are in line with the purpose of AIESEC, global/national brand guidelines, and network needs. • Working together with the Social Media Analyst to evaluate and improve our current activities. • Working together with the MCVP Marketing to find ways of innovating based on trends in the marketing field.

Instagram Manager Role Description As a Instagram Manager, you engage potential customers with our brand. You manage a team of content creators who create content lines for our Instagram page. You work together with the Social Media Analyst and keep up to date on marketing trends to continuously find ways to improve our Instagram marketing.

Content Creator Role Description As a Content Creator, you design content that draws potential customers towards our brand. You are the manager of your own content line on either Instagram or Facebook. You work together with Content Creators from other content lines and the Instagram or Facebook Manager.

Measures of Success (MoS) • Engagement Rate for own content line • # Website referrals Key Responsibilities • Creating content on a regular and consistent basis that interests and engages our target audience. • Keeping up to date with marketing and design trends to adapt content accordingly. • Adapt designs based on feedback from Instagram or Facebook Manager.

Time commitment: 2-4 hrs/w MC responsible: MCVP Marketing Open for: Members + LCVPs 18.19 & Alumni with affinity for design Position duration: August 1st 2018 – July 31st 2019 Specific application questions: 1. How can we innovate the content and/or design on our Facebook/Instagram to attract more students? 2. Submit a sample Facebook/Instagram post/story (incl. caption if relevant) and explain in max 50 words the reasoning behind the post.


Social Media Analyst Role Description As a Social Media Analyst, you enable the B2B Marketing, Facebook and Instagram Managers to take data-based decisions. You provide these managers with the data they need and give your advice based on your analyses.

Key Responsibilities • Analyzing our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages using Hootsuite. • Reporting to the B2B Marketing, Instagram and Facebook Managers which content works and why. • Discovering in which other ways we can track our socials channels.

Specific application questions: 1. What kind of experience do you have with analyzing social channels? 2. How would you use data to support stronger marketing operations of AIESEC in the Netherlands?

International Relations Manager (x2) Role Description As International Relations (IR) Manager, you are responsible for making exchange & the process with country partners easier and for seeing how we can grow together. You will work together with the MCVP oGV to have a clear overview of MC2MC partners, and from this translate it to LC2LC partners. You will support the oGV network in this and also work with Marketing NST to see how we can align online promotion and campaigns to this.

Measures of Success (MoS) • % Results together with partners • # of educational & consultancy spaces provided to the network • Success of LC2LC cooperations • % MC2MC growth Key Responsibilities - Supply and Demand Analysis - 100% of analysis performed monthly; - Constant contact with NST IR and MCs ICX partners - Creation of new partnerships - Consolidations of partnerships - Educate LCs to have LC2LC cooperation in line with their reality

Make a Strengths and Weakness analysis of the OGV area of AIESEC in The Netherlands and the next steps for the next network (Consider at least Operational Performance,IR, Collaboratively, Process Knowledge) 2. Make an Analysis of the current state of IR in OGV of AIESEC in The Netherlands. Give the main evolutions necessary to improve the relationship with our current main partners. 3. How can the work of NST IR evolve cooperations at LC2LC level?


National Programs Manager Role Description As National Programs Manager, you are responsible to functionally track and coach either the Nour or Medicine project. You will work closely together with the MCVP oGV, LCVP Nour/Medicine, the other NST National Program, and the team itself in order to support and empower them to grow the project sustainably throughout The Netherlands.

Measures of Success (MoS) • % Goal Achievement • # of COMPLETE experiences delivered Key Responsibilities • Planning & tracking project together with LCVP • Identifying bottlenecks in Standard Delivery and working together with the team/ MCVP oGV/ oGV Commission to improve these • Support the IR processes • Support the team in network communication

For which program are you applying to and why? 2. What do you see as focus points for this program in the upcoming semester (until December 2018)? 3. Make an analysis of the results of 17.18 and put this in a SWOT for the current state of the program.


Consultant (x2) Role Description The Consultant is a new roll in which the consultants supports the LCVPs oGV together with the MCVP oGV. The Consultant will have a group of VPs to track and help them. Guarantee that they will follow the national strategies and engage them in all at national level to make it happen at local level as well.

Choose one LC which runs oGV and make an analysis of growth, bottlenecks, cross functional synergies and provide solutions for growing disruptively. 2. Please describe what would be the strategy that you would implement to ensure that MoS and KPIs of the entities are achieved monthly? Include routine, tools, education touchpoint, visits, etc 3. Create an agenda of a O2O with your coachee and ways of following up with them to ensure the accomplishment of the action plan.

Incoming Global Entrepreneur Manager Role Description As Incoming Global Entrepreneur Manager, you will be in charge of managing the iGE pilot in the Netherlands, including tracking, coaching and support. Besides that the role entails creating new strategies for a sustainable implementation of the iGE product in the Netherlands. Measures of Success (MoS) • # Touch points with iGE LC’s • # Approves in IGE • # RE in IGE • # CO in iGE • Relative growth in IGE • Process Time improvement Key Responsibilities Manage and develop iGE Pilot Direct and manage the current iGE pilot together with the LC’s to help them growth and strengthen the product. Create strategies to upscale iGE Help define national strategies for sustainable implementation of iGE Help the network adapt national strategies Partnerships for iGE Need assessment for international partnerships for iGE in order to improve process times and product packaging.

Talent Management


AIESEC Hub Specialist Role Description As AIESEC Hub Specialist you will be in charge of the AIESEC Hub Implementation and its progress while supporting the network and the MCVP TM . Furthermore, it will have the responsibility of the internal communication management on the AIESEC Hub, Education and Migration of the respective materials. Measures of Success (MoS) • Achieve 50% of AIESEC Hub Implementation • # user AIESEC Hub • # members receiving education • %materials migrated • %membership being active user Key Responsibilities Manage and develop AIESEC Hub Implementation Ensure that the Hub becomes a learning community where it will be placed all the resources, education and internal communication AIESEC Hub Education and Migration Creation of educational materials and implementation. Support for every issue that could be happening at the entity regarding AIESEC Hub Internal Communication Increase #visitors of the Learning Hub and report the progress of the the implementation to the entity and MC.

Team Standards Specialist Role Description As Team Standards Specialist, you will be in charge of the Team Standards Implementation of the entity while supporting the network and the MCVP TM . Furthermore, it will be in charge of finding and develop the right tools of TS implementation and develop the education cycle and capacity building on this manner. Measures of Success (MoS) • Team Standards Implementation • Team Standards Tracking and progress at the LCs • % members achieving their goals • Member Productivity • #Educational Spaces and Materials delivered Key Responsibilities Consultancy and Tracking of TS
 Ability to host consultancy spaces and report the progress of TS Implementation and its progress for every LC. Education Spaces and Materials Creation of educational cycle regarding Team Standards and capacity building for Team Leaders (TLs) and members. Physical & Virtual Spaces to induct the network on this topics might be necessary. Tools of Implementation Development and Implementation nationally of the tools in order to support and measure the Team Standards Implementation and its progress a the LCs.

Which touchpoint/channels will you use to consult, track and guide the network regarding TS implementation?


National Trainers (x3) Role Description The national trainers are responsible for providing training opportunities to AIESEC members, both to AIESECers that want to learn facilitating workshops, trainings, presentations themselves and AIESECers that want to receive trainings. Together they will form the National Trainers Team (NTT). The three NTT trainers work together in organizing at least 2 national Train the Trainers conferences and 1 international Train the Trainers conference per calendar year, while also managing AIESEC for The Netherlands’ trainers pool, and coordinating the Training Resource Centre. Measures of Success (MoS) • Evaluation of (int.) Train the Trainers conferences • # Experiences facilitated to AIESECers through (int.) Train the Trainers conferences • # Active trainers in the trainer spool • Evaluation of trainings provided by AIESEC trainers Key Responsibilities • Organizing National and International TtTs Managing the AIESEC NL trainers pool • Contacting AIESEC trainers, assisting trainers in the preparation for trainings, keeping trainers up to date about training possibilities, keeping contact with the AIESEC NL network to link supply and demand of trainings Coordinating the Training Resource Centre • Filling outlines of trainings, creating standardized outlines • Analyzing and implementing NTT’s strategic position
