Introduc#on
Dear AIESEC-‐alumni, Amazing to see that you are interested in applying for the OC (Organizing Commi8ee) for NatCo Fall 2017! I am Iris van Noord, member of AIESEC Utrecht in 2016-‐2017 and now Conference Manager of the NST. This year I would like to create an OC that supports me (and the MC) organizing NatCo Fall. The OC will support, facilitate, coordinate and organize on different levels during the conference, so without OC no conference will be possible! Did you love NatCo’s when you were s#ll a member and do you want to give back and help organizing an even be8er NatCo for the current members? This would be the perfect opportunity to s#ll directly make your contribu#on to AIESEC the Netherlands and to create an impact for more than 350 students. With this booklet I hope make you enthusias#c about a posi#on in the OC-‐team and wish you good luck with your applica#on process. Responsibili#es • Working closely together with the MC and provide them full assistance • Full delegate service during the whole conference • Taking care of logis#cs throughout the conference • Welcoming and assis#ng the visi#ng partner companies • Execu#ng the man power plan made by the conference manager by working efficiently with your OC team members • Organiza#on of par#es and breaks as well as session support with materials • Bringing innova#on, new ideas and energy to the conference • Flexible help wherever it’s needed Workload • Full-‐#me a8endance during the conference from 13th – 16th September, bringing an high energy level throughout the days. Full availability during those days is necessary for an OC-‐member!
