Organizing Committee President Role Description As OCP you are the Conference Manager for all major conferences organized by AIESEC in The Netherlands: NatCo Fall, NatCo Spring and the EB conferences in December and May. The OCP is recruiting and leading the Organizing Committee of each conference and working closely with the Agenda Manager of the MC to make each conference a success Measures of Success (MoS) ● General conference grades ● Delegate evaluation and feedback ● Satisfaction and development of the OC Team Key Responsibilities Leading the conference team ● Creating the Organizing Committee (OC). ● Dividing tasks and responsibilities. ● Creating motivation and commitment in the OC. ● Ensuring execution of all OC tasks and responsibilities before, during and after. ● Ensuring alignment and collaboration in the OC team and with the MC team. ● Creating a Man Power Plan for the conference.
External Communication ● Conference booklet

Communication to delegates prior, during and after the conference. Constant communication with the venue and other important stakeholders relating to conferences.
Time commitment:
2 hrs/w (off-peak), 15-20 hrs/w (peak)
