Entre ellas, un Chateau d’Yquem que se embotelló bajo el imperio de Napoleón en 1806 y que en carta tenía un precio de 150.000 euros. La de Atrio era una de las mejores bodegas de España. Además del vino que contenía 215 años de historia de Francia y España, había 80 botellas más de Chateau d’Yquem en una pequeña habitación de la bodega. Seis de ellas eran también del siglo XIX. La pareja de ladrones hablaba inglés, algo que no extrañó a los dueños del restaurante ya que en la zona, Extremadura, una región próxima a Portugal, se estaba rodando Juego de Tronos. Tras la cena, hicieron la habitual visita a la bodega y se fueron a su habitación. Pero a la una de la madrugada, bajaron a preguntar al recepcionista si podía hacerles algo de comer porque tenían hambre. Aprovecharon que se alejaba de las pantallas que reflejaban lo que grababan las cámaras de seguridad para bajar al sótano, abrir dos puertas con cerraduras electrónicas y robar lo que los dueños de Atrio definen como “45 joyas”. Pero este no es el único robo increíble digno de Hollywood.
