GEORGIA REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON PRE-LICENSE COURSE

Each course consists of three 2-hour evening sessions. Save money by registering for multiple classes. The Center for Business Solutions (CBS) at Albany Tech offers the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course. CBS and this course have been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). This course meets the requirements of Georgia law. This in-classroom live course will feature 75 hours of instruction covering all subject areas required by the GREC to prepare students to sit for the state licensing exam.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR’S TRAINING
Instructor is Sal Giovingo, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Instructor. CLASS DATES/TIME: August 17 - December 14, 2021. Tuesday & Thursday nights, 6:30-9:30 pm. Attendance for 75 hours of classroom time is mandatory.
Scholarships may be available to those who qualify. See grant information on the back page. Receive operator training in accordance with OSHA Standard 1910.178. The program fully covers the requirements to be an efficient and safe forklift operator.
LOCATION: Albany Technical College campus DEADLINE TO REGISTER: August 12 COST: $559. Students must also purchase a textbook from the retailer of their choice. Required textbook is: Principles of Real Estate Practice in Georgia: 2nd Edition. Authors: Mettling, Cusic, Stanfill. Our Forklift Operator Certification courses are now offered in a hybrid format – partly online and partly in-person. See the schedule for Fall 2021 below. All courses are offered in 6-day sessions. The first five days (MondayFriday), the student will have access to the online course, which consists of a safety video and test. Students log-in and view the material and test at their convenience during that 5-day window. When the student passes the online test, he/she will come on Saturday at a pre-set appointment time for driving instruction.
OSHA AUTHORIZED 10-HR. COURSE
Students who pass both the online test and driving test will receive a certification card that is good for three years. The enrollment fee is $125. To enroll, contact our office at 229-430-0557. These classes fill up fast, so enroll early if possible.
