illiam Halliday, Director of ArtHouse429, and guest curator, renowned collage artist Bruce Helander, proudly announce the inauguration of the new gallery and sculpture garden in Northwood Village, West pam Beach. ArtHouse429 will be open to the public beginning January 18th, 2013, and will feature a provocative mix of contemporary paintings and sculptures.

Greg William Oram Halliday, gallery owner and director, is a self taught artist and designer creating modern artwork using traditional Machine Age tools and methods. Throughout his career in the design business, Halliday also designed and built custom motorcycles, planes, race cars and motor boats. Utilizing his career experiences and innovative vision, Halliday has established himself around the globe, most prominently in the United States and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In addition to his sculptures, Halliday and his partners have designed unique and artistically built environments including fascinating restaurant commercial interiors, and exclusive night clubs. Halliday recently moved to the Northwood Village of West Palm ArtHouse 429 Director, William Halliday Beach where his latest project is well underway to completion. he Inaugural group show presents a variety of artists including emerging and midcareer artists including: Serge Fedotov, emerging painter from Moscow identified by his unusual paintings that combine abstract impressionism, and color field with narrative subject matter such as flowers and faces; Cameron Gray from Los Angeles whose square grid paintings reveal a clever and provocative secret as viewers get closer; legendary American artist, Robert R. Zakanitch, considered to be the founder of the pattern and decoration movement; New York-based painter and scultpture, Edwina Sandys featuring works from her “Frolic” series; local artist Christopher Leidy’s captivating underwater photography; and William Halliday’s surrealist based steel sculptures.

he 19th Annual Holiday Bazaar Over 350 friends and supporters of New Hope Charities celebrated the
19th annual Holiday Bazaar at the Beach Club with fine food, dancing, both a silent and live auctions, vendors selling holiday gift items and a raffle of items including a luxury trip to Casa de Campo, fine jewels from Schneider Gem Sales, a 100 gram tin of Black River Caviar and an evening dress from Juicy Couture’s Bird Collection. Bazaar cochairs Lian Fanjul de Azqueta, president and founder and Lyanne Azqueta, executive director, welcomed the guests including honorary chairs Cathy and Andres Fanjul who were honored with a special board resolution recognizing their 20 years of service to the charity.
