Intervenció: Eliminació de totes les construccions secundàries, ordenació general del museu per tal de configurar un espai expositiu òptim, recuperació d’elements característics de l’edifici, visibilització del museu. La sobrietat, la sostenibilitat i el respecte pel patrimoni industrial són els trets directors del projecte de rehabilitació que transforma una antiga rajoleria en museu. Les intervencions arquitectòniques, efectuades amb un pressupost molt ajustat (438 €/m2), han consistit en: L’eliminació de totes les construccions secundàries que emmascaraven l’espai escènic, per així revalorar els elements essencials sense desfer l’ambient de l’antiga fàbrica (no desterrar el fantasma). 14

Sobriety, sustainability and respect for industrial heritage are the hallmarks of the refurbishment project that transformed an old tile factory into a museum. The architectural interventions, carried out within a very tight budget (438 € / m2), consisted of: the elimination of all the secondary construction that masked the stage space, in order to revalue the essential elements without removing the atmosphere surrounding the old factory (essentially keeping the ghosts).
Interventions : élimination de toutes les constructions secondaires ; aménagement général du musée, afin de mettre en place un espace d’exposition optimal ; récupération d’éléments caractéristiques du bâtiment ; visibilité du musée.
Sobriété, durabilité et respect du patrimoine industriel sont les maîtres mots du projet de réhabilitation d’une ancienne tuilerie en musée. Les interventions architecturales, réalisées avec un budget très serré (438€/m2), ont consisté en l’élimination de toutes les constructions secondaires qui masquaient l’espace scénique, afin de revaloriser les éléments essentiels tout en conservant l’ambiance de l’ancienne usine (ne bannissez pas le fantôme!).
