Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park nestled in Anaheim Hills. With a year-round stream, miles of hiking trails, and an interpretive center, we provide the ideal location for your next nature walk and offer a variety of seasonal programming for the whole family to enjoy.

Make sure to stop inside the John J. Collier Interpretive Center to see some of our animal ambassadors, as well as exhibits featuring local ecology and natural history. Is your child ready to get outside and have some fun with friends? Our Canyon Companions program provides children the opportunity to spend time outdoors, actively learning in and engaging with all that Oak Canyon Nature Center has to offer. Canyon Companions sessions captivate participants in exciting, in-person experiences revolving around various nature-based themes! This program meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm-5pm. Each session includes hiking, games, crafts, and animal demonstrations. Ages 6-12 REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
