Job Description: OCP will be responsible for plan, control, manage and execute, all activities related to the delivery of REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE (RDC 2015), taking to account the OC conformation, external environment, internal development of Zone East and other variables that an event of the organization may present. Create and ensure a management plan for the effective delivery and satisfaction of the regional event.

Main Functions 1. OC Conformation and management a. Form an OC, according to the needs of the event. b. Tracking the functions of each OCVP, respectively. c. Ensure a complete team experience that obeys TEAM MININUMS for each OC member, OCP included. 2. Reporting a. Keep ECI and Rosario LCs informed, with 2 weeks reports of


the event progress. b. Coordinate OC meetings, until conformation, delegation and task full executing. (Writing report for each meeting) c. Plan and track the budget execution, taking to account the sustainability of it. d. Guarantee an effective synergy with the FACI TEAM, that CONFERENCE TEAM will manage as one on the event. 3. Event effective delivery a. Look for MC guide with sponsors negotiation and national segmentation. b. Ensure assistance of the minimum delegate number for the event. c. Vouch for the delegate member’s satisfaction at RDC 2015. d. Make sure of event logistics, in session, breaks, meals, etc… e. Guarantee general event sustainability. 4. As OC leader  Recognition of team members for individual goals achievement.  Develop a tracking system for the OC.  Promote active participation on all event´s processes  Guide tasks, activities and knowledge for OC members.  Be responsible for tasks delegated to OC members.  Manage the team in order to work together.  Align each activity with AIESEC purpose.
