new staff Larkin Hoffman Welcomes Attorney Sarah G. Voeller Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce the arrival of Sarah G. Voeller to its intellectual property team. Sarah joins Larkin Hoffman as an accomplished intellectual property attorney with 18 years of experience practicing both as an in-house attorney and in private practice. Sarah focuses her practice on assisting clients in adopting, maintaining, and enforcing brands. She provides opinions on the usability and/ or registrability of trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) and manages all phases of U.S. and international trademark portfolio management including searches, availability and registrability opinions, acquisitions, licensing, infringement opinions, and trademark prosecution.
