She was truly interested in what would be the best decision for our family and also showed a great deal of care and concern for the homeowner… something I found completely unexpected but extremely refreshing. It became apparent very quickly she was genuinely interested in making both parties happy, and for us in this situation it worked beautifully. We met the homeowner and despite being a bit unconventional, we have even developed a slight relationship with her. Buying the house we wanted was literally a dream come true, but when it came to listing our house we had some reservations. While it had been thoroughly renovated, it did only have one bathroom, something we knew would be hard for buyers to overcome. Again, Brenda calmly reassured us our house would sell. We trusted her price assessment, and after one open house, amazing online photos and a week on the market we had a full price offer! Knowing exactly what buyers want is definitely a gift, and Brenda understood what we wanted very quickly. She spent time getting to know us as a family and asked us what we envisioned our new house to be. When it came to selling, her energy and enthusiasm was so appreciated during the times we felt uncertain, nervous, and discouraged. We loved having Brenda as our realtor, she made it all come together for us, and for that we are truly grateful!
For many years my husband and I had admired a particular house with a certain charm that reminded us both of our childhood years in Ontario. We’d often wander the neighborhood dreaming of being the next lucky family to live there.
