estled into a 9-acre parcel at the intersection of Neff and Eagle Roads is the newly opened, 4000+ square foot space called Hanai, built by Kim and Tim Smythe. The Smythe’s moved to Bend from Hawaii in 1998. After selling their business in 2015, they dedicated themselves to giving back to the Central Oregon community that has given them so much. The couple created a place where people of all ages, from all backgrounds can gather to authentically

connect through programming and activities that support healing, nurture conscious connection and celebrate community. Hanai was created with the belief that abundant communities evolve from building meaningful relationships in welcoming spaces.
