The soul of the restaurant is Dmitri Rooz, one of Estonia’s top chefs, who has represented Estonia at the Bocuse d’Or, one of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions. Regardless the chef’s great success, Smak is still the place to have a meal or a drink on any occasion: for lunch or dinner, for coffee and cake, or for a cocktail. Smak’s menu is an improvisation of well-known themes, where “something extra” has been added to old favourites – an unexpected touch, new taste nuances, or even a technological trick.
