Tuljak A modern take on history At the Tuljak, history meets modern design: the building, an Estonian architectural masterpiece that was completed in 1965, has undergone a renovation that is true to that era, but has acquired a contemporary interior. There is also nostalgic feel to the menu. However, a contemporary and exciting spin has been added to all the dishes.
