The menu offers international taste experiences with a local accent, by mainly using local ingredients. Novelty and unexpected flavours have been added by the recently hired head chef German Macharashvili. The restaurant’s drink menu includes a representative selection of Estonian craft beverages – beers, ciders and berry wines. The house liquors that Miika Õunaid, the restaurant’s sommelier, has created from local berries, and the cocktails he creates from them, have become very popular. However, the lemonade that he makes from spruce tree shoots has become the undisputed favourite.
