This building is good that use less concrete which can reduce the wasting during the production of the concrete, because during the production of the concrete, there are five times material should be used than the final good. However, steel get more carbon emission and embodied energy which do will affect the climate change, because all the energy will transmit into heat, and that why we need to reduce the embodied energy during in the infrastructure. Economic implications of decisions The timber should use harder one which for durability towards the building. The Oval drawing also shows that there need to use some crystal which is quite expensive and its un-recycle material. Where and why things go wrong in this type of detail (e.g. Cracks, leaks, gaps) Nothing wrong till now, still in constructing process.
