Gospel for Tramps GOSPEL FOR TRAMPS est un passionné de dessin et de manga. Après une enfance passée à dessiner dès qu’il en avait la possibilité, il découvre la culture hip-hop et le graffiti. Fortement attiré par ces univers, il se plonge dedans corps et âme. Il se met à s’exprimer à coup de bombes de peinture sur tous types de supports, en continuant d’apprendre diverses techniques de manière autodidacte, et peu à peu, il développe son propre style.
Son objectif : donner vie à des personnages chaleureux en s’appuyant sur les racines de la culture hiphop, en restant authentique, et en transcendant les clichés du genre.
GOSPEL FOR TR AMPS is passionate about drawing and manga. After spending his childhood drawing each time he could, he encounters graffiti and hip-hop culture. He feels very attracted by these universes and dives into them. He starts to express himself with spray on various media, while keeping on learning new techniques by himself. Step by step he creates his own style.
Nowadays, he exhibits his works in New York once a year, he performs live paintings, creates artworks and designs in various fields. He is supported by a lot of fans, beyond the Hip-Hop field.
Actuellement, il expose à New York une fois par an, il réalise des performances de live painting, des œuvres et des designs dans divers domaines. Il est soutenu par un large public dépassant la sphère du HipHop.

Sebastian Masuda N
é en 1970, Sebastian Masuda commence sa carrière dans le domaine des arts et du théâtre à un niveau international, avant d’ouvrir la boutique ultra-pop et innovante 6%DOKIDOKI dans le quartier de Harajuku à Tokyo. Par la suite, en 2011, il se crée de nouveau une place à l’international, cette fois en tant que directeur artistique du clip « PONPONPON » de l’artiste Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

n 2014, il déménage à New York pour se concentrer sur sa carrière artistique et lance sa première exposition : “Colorful Rebellion - Seventh Nightmare”, qu’il déplace ensuite à Miami, puis à Milan. n 2015, Masuda conceptualise et produit le plus grand café de Tokyo, le KAWAII MONSTER CAFE, toujours à Harajuku. Il travaille actuellement sur un projet en vue des jeux olympiques de 2020 : TIME AFTER TIME CAPSULE…

Born in 1970, Sebastian Masuda had been active in the international theatre and arts scene before opening the ultra-pop and cutting edge 6%DOKIDOKI store in Harajuku. He subsequently re-established himself in the world scene with the art direction for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s music video for “PONPONPON” in 2011. In 2014, he relocated to New York to focus on his art career, and launched his first exhibition, “Colorful Rebellion - Seventh Nightmare”, which was also held in Miami and Milan. In 2015, Masuda conceptualized and produced Tokyo’s largest cafe, KAWAII MONSTER CAFE, in Harajuku. Masuda also has an ongoing project, TIME AFTER TIME CAPSULE, which will lead up to the Olympic Games in 2020.

Feebee Depuis 2002, feebee créé des illustrations pour des publicités ou pour des produits. Ce n’est que ces dernières années qu’elle décide de développer sa carrière de peintre. Elle exprime sa créativité à travers des œuvres pleines de couleurs, aux traits délicats, sur les thèmes de « la peur, la vie et la mort, les cycles ». A partir de 2010, elle expose ses œuvres dans divers lieux à Tokyo, mais également à Kuala Lumpur, à Paris et à Miami. En août 2015, elle participe à l’exposition « TENGAI2.0 » à Roppongi Hills à Tokyo, organisée par l’artiste contemporain Hisashi Tenmyôya.

feebee has been creating illustrations for advertisements and products since 2002. She decided to develop her carrier as a painter only a few years ago. She expresses her creativity through colorful paintings with delicate lines, about the themes of « fear, life and death, cycles ». Starting from 2010, she exhibits her works in various places in Tokyo, but also in Kuala Lumpur, in Paris and in Miami. In August 2015, she participates to the exhibition called « TENGAI2.0 »m organized by the contemporary artist Hisashi Tenmyôya, in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. www.feebee.jp

Taku Obata Taku Obata est né en 1980 à Saitama, au Japon, où il vit actuellement. En 1999, il crée un crew de dance hip-hop, Unityselections, et perfectionne son style dans le break dance à travers divers spectacles. En 2008, il reçoit son diplôme en sculpture de l’Université des Arts de Tokyo et, la même année, il décroche le grand prix du festival d’art contemporain Tokyo Wonder Wall. Suite à cela, il expose ses œuvres à travers le Japon, y compris lors d’une exposition en solo au Nakamura Keith Haring Museum en 2012. En 2013, il participe à une exposition de groupe à la “Tokyo Street” Ikkan Art Gallery à Singapour. Puis, en 2014, il expose cette fois à la galerie Jonathan Levine à New York. Cette exposition “BUST A MOVE” le propulse encore un peu plus sur la scène internationale.

In 2013, Obata participated to a group exhibition at the “Tokyo Street” Ikkan Art Gallery in Singapore. Then, in 2014, he exhibited his works at the Jonathan Levine Gallery, in New York. Sahé Cibot D’origine franco-japonaise, Sahé grandit baignée dans les cultures de ces deux pays, ce qui l’amène naturellement à travailler en tant que consultante-coordinatrice entre la France et le Japon et productrice exécutive trilingue. Aujourd’hui directrice générale de la société Shibuya International, elle consacre de plus en plus de temps à la peinture et au coaching (elle est coach certifiée méthode SANE). Persuadée que l’Art a une action bénéfique et sur celui qui crée et sur celui qui apprécie une œuvre, Sahé peint comme elle coache : avec le cœur. Elle s’appuie sur les techniques d’auto-coaching qu’elle maîtrise pour entrer en création et se laisse guider par son intuition. Ses couleurs vous emmènent dans un espace de sérénité, de paix, de joie…

Born from a French father and a Japanese mother, Sahé grows up with both culture, which leads her to become consultant-coordinator between France and Japan, and trilingual executive producer. She currently is the General Manager of a company called Shibuya International, but she spend more and more time painting and coaching (she got an expert certificate for the SANE method). Convinced that Art has a positive action on both people who create it and people who appreciate it, she paints as she coaches: with her heart. She uses the auto-coaching techniques she knows to create and let her intuition guide her. Her colors bring you to a calm, peaceful, joyful place…

Gregory Merlen Grégory MERLEN est un photographe parisien, né avec un appareil photo dans les mains. Diplômé en Arts Appliqués de l’Ecole Estienne, il trouve son inspiration lors de voyages à travers le monde (New-York, San Francisco, la route 66, Tokyo, Kyoto, Londres, Bangkok...). Il n’hésite pas à aller au plus près des populations pour capter un instant « brut » de leur quotidien, à la recherche d’une émotion, d’une histoire, d’une vie...
Gregory MERLEN is a Parisian photographer, who was born with a camera in his hands. He graduated from the Ecole Estienne with a degree in Applied Arts. He finds his inspiration during his trips around the world (New York, San Francisco, road 66, Tokyo, Kyoto, London, Bangkok...). He does not hesitate to meet the local people to catch a “rough” moment of their everyday life, looking for an emotion, a story, a life…
