Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I got married, moved into this apartment and started a really good job!

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I’m dedicating three hours each Sunday to myself. I’ll take a bubble bath, go for a walk, go to the mall, whatever I feel like doing, I’ll do it! I’ve always been one to take care of everyone else and leave myself for last; if I have the time.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am so grateful for the amazing family I have

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I’m grateful for simply surviving these past two tough years, even with the lockdown. I’m proud to have maintained a positive outlook throughout it all.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

Going into 2023 I want to read more and work on positive affirmations. I also want to remind myself that I can’t do everything alone.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

My family. They have been amazingly supportive of me throughout my life.

I started writing a book I’ve been trying to get to for 3 years. We had a successful season at the shop.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

By doing something I love – writing, calligraphy, reading, and getting back to my flute.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

Family. Mike, his parents, my kids... All wonderful people

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I am most proud of completing my 3rd year of Interior Design at Fanshawe, and I will be finished in April 2023.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

By taking more time for myself.

I am most grateful for having a roof over my head and food in my belly.
