Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I’m proud of myself for taking steps to improve my mental health and for being there for my loved ones, both near and far. Working with a counselor has helped me make tough decisions and I am grateful for the support I have received. Additionally, I am proud of my efforts to help my family and friends in Ukraine by providing financial and emotional support.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I’ll treat myself with care by practicing yoga, meditating, seeking help when needed, building new friendships, trying pottery, reading, and getting creative with painting.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I’m thankful for the chance to support those I care about. Being able to give my son a brighter future in a safe place and settling into a new home with our new kitten – all blessings to be grateful for!

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I am proud of myself for making a big change and moving after living in the same place for over 25 years. And also, becoming a first-time grandmother, what a joyous milestone!

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I’m treating myself to more outdoor walks, coffee breaks, and book–reading sessions instead of spending so much time on social media. Just a little extra self–care to spread some kindness to myself.

I am grateful for the good health of myself and my family.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

Celebrating my new adventures in Canada! So grateful to have found a great job, a cozy home and wonderful friends in this beautiful country. Immigrating was definitely worth the wait!”

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

Give myself a break by letting go of perfectionism. Taking mini pauses throughout the day and stepping away from the desk for meal times can refresh and energize me. No need to get mad at myself for making mistakes, it’s all part of the learning process.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am grateful for a job I love, a loving husband, and a cozy home to call my own.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

My life took a big turn when we moved to Saskatoon. I used to work in education in my home country, but continuing in that field in Canada proved to be challenging. So, I decided to pivot and pursue a career in information technology, which was a big decision. I was grateful to have the support of my friends who provided me with information and encouragement along the way. I enrolled in a course through an organization that helps people transition into the IT industry and I am proud to say I completed the program, even worked on a project, and earned a certification. Hard work and patience truly pay off, and I am so proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and pursuing a new career path.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am thankful for the gift of life and being able to experience all its ups and downs. I am proud of myself for making it through challenges and still standing strong. The support of my loving friends and family has made life much easier and brighter. I am grateful to be a part of such a supportive and encouraging community. Practicing gratitude has truly brought a sense of happiness and peace into my life.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

Embracing self–compassion has numerous benefits for all aspects of our lives. To cultivate compassion within myself, I engage in practices like yoga and meditation that enhance body awareness, soothe the mind, and bring peace and clarity. I also aim to maintain a balanced diet and prioritize getting enough sleep. Writing positive affirmations and treating myself with kindness and positivity also help me find inner strength and happiness.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I am proud of myself for taking care of my health by eating clean and focusing on my own happiness by knowing my worth and spending time with people and activities that are important to me. I am also proud of treating myself to a new dress that I have been eyeing for a while.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I’ll give myself a break by not getting too worked up if I don’t get around to a task on my to–do list, I know it’ll get done eventually and there’s no need to stress about it. I’ll also make sure to prioritize self–care, like indulging in massages and float therapy, to give myself some TLC.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am so thankful for my good health and being able to plan a beautiful future wedding with my partner. I am also proud of myself for saving up for a house that will be a happy home for us.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I am proud of myself for taking the leap and starting something new – both kickboxing and my career in childcare. I’ve learned to be bold and confident, and I’ve grown stronger in the process.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I plan to continue my education in early childhood education and advance in kickboxing. I also am going to take more self–care days to make sure I can decompress.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am grateful for my wonderful family. The love of my partner and my cats! I’m grateful that I have a wonderful place to live.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I am proud for lending a helping hand recently! I shoveled my neighbor’s walk, gave a friend a ride home, and even helped a lady carry her groceries when her bag ripped. It always feels great to lend a helping hand!

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I want to treat myself with more kindness and compassion. I’ll focus on my happiness and well–being, instead of being too hard on myself. I trust that a higher power will guide me as I navigate through this difficult time, as I am currently unwell.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I am grateful that my kids are happy and always willing to help out when needed.

Looking back at 2022, what are some accomplishments, big or small, that you are most proud of?

I feel proud and accomplished for successfully completing my diploma program in 2022 while juggling a full–time job, being a wife, and taking care of my children. The experience of having my loved ones watch me receive my diploma on stage was an incredible moment and something I will cherish forever. To top it off, securing a job in my field of study only adds to my sense of pride and satisfaction.

How are you planning to show yourself more kindness in 2023?

I plan to show kindness to myself and spread positivity by lending a helping hand at work, giving compliments to my coworkers, showing appreciation to those around me, and being a loving wife and mother to my family.

As we enter 2023, what are you most grateful for?

I’m thankful for my family, friends, and loved ones who bring joy to my life. I’m grateful for having a job that I truly enjoy and for the love and support of those around me. Above all, I’m thankful for the gift of life and all the opportunities it brings!
