MAMA Series Finale Tomahawk MX - Nov. 11, 2018

Mother Nature sure has put her spin on things this season. This event was postponed from the last weekend in October and was even in jeopardy this time around as more rain and cold temps moved into the region. Friday practice had to be cancelled to save the track for the weekend and Sunday the racers awoke to a balmy 26 degrees. Anyhow the 2018 season is in the books and we can now look forward to the upcoming year end banquet and what has to be a drier season in 2019. We’ve enjoyed tagging along this year and hope to see you all in 2019. We could only make it for Sundays racing so please see some action below and for the full weekends results and year end points please head over to: www. mamamx.com B

PVR PRESS RELEASE: DEC. 1, 2018 Hey everyone, the Potomac Vintage Riders York Swap Meet and Bike show is only 2 months away so it’s time to mark those calendars for Sunday January 27th 2019. The Swap Meet/Show runs from 8 -3:30 pm. This will be the second year in the new UTZ Arena at the York, Pa Fair Grounds which brings the swap meet and bike show under one roof. The event attracts vendors from all over the East coast and Midwest and has grown into one of the biggest Swap Meet/Bike show events of the year. The “Bike Show” organized by the Nick Taylor and the Broomworks crew attracts over 100 of the finest vintage motorcycles and is a huge crowd pleaser. The show is judged, awards custom trophies and also allows you to select the “People’s Choice Award” for best bike. We will have Terry Cunningham as our guest this year to bench race with and sign autographs. Terry is a four-time AMA Grand National Enduro Champion, ISDE Gold Medalist and AMA Hall of fame inductee. Last year the swap meet committee recommended moving the “Bike Corral” to a separate area to showcase the vintage bikes for sale, this was a great success with easy access and less crowded viewing. So whether you’re looking for parts to finish a restoration, a new project to start, purchase a finished gem or just meet up with old friends it’s all here under one roof, don’t miss it! Vendor spots, bike corral and other event information is available from Tommy Grimmel, PVR President - swapmeet@potomacvintageriders.com

Caught In The Act!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone. It’s hard to believe it’s that time of the year already. Like they say, time fly’s when you’re having fun. I would like to wish you all the best of the season and let you know that I am thankful you are reading this. Without you we wouldn’t exist so thanks a bunch. I hope this holiday season brings you many blessings and much happiness. So last month in this column I was talking about all the rain we’ve had this year in the region. Today as I sit and write we are experiencing an early season snow storm. Matter of fact it’s only mid-November and we have a few inches of snow on the ground and we’re only two hours into the storm. Oh well, maybe it’s a sign of things to come this winter here in Pa and the surrounding region. We haven’t had a good snow year for awhile so here’s to breaking out the snowmobiles and the ATV’s, all good fun if you ask me.

OCCR Scrub Pine Enduro October 14, 2018 By: BrappMag.com

What a great weekend down near the Jersey Shore with all my enduro friends from the ECEA. This would be my first ever trip to this event but hopefully not my last. Close to 200 riders entered this long running race with 2009 Grand Champ Andrew Tsakanikas coming up big and taking the win again in 2018. This event has been held for over two decades here in the Brendan T. Byrne State Forest near New Lisbon, NJ. The Ocean County Competition Riders do a great job with this event and have been a chartered AMA club since 1970. Matter of fact they have won Enduro of the Year – 8 times and take pride in putting on a firstclass event. Be sure to see the top ten finishers below then head over to ecea.org to see the complete list. You can also see many images from the day at brappmag. com and to get the full scoop on this great club and their events go to: occr.net B

Close to 200 riders competed in the event

Dons Cycle Trail Report - 2019 MULE PRO-FXT™ EPS CAMO

Check out Dons Cycle for all your off-road needs!

Riding the AOAA Trails with www.donskawasaki.com Last month we had the opportunity to ride the “Taking it to the Streets” event at the AOAA trail system in full blown Kawasaki style in their 2019 Mule Pro FXT. Our machine was a demo courtesy of Dons Cycle in Hellam, PA. A multi-franchised full service dealership that’s been serving its customers for over 50 years and now into three generations. I was excited to get this machine out on the trail just to see what it would do. I know the Mule line up has its roots in farming and construction, so I wanted to see what its trail characteristics were like. Our demo came equipped with a three-inch lift and oversized tires with Kawasaki’s 3 – 6 passenger trans cab system. The first part of our day consisted of heading into the town of Shamokin for this first ever experience for the riders of the AOAA. We were able to ride into town to grab a bite to eat, grab some fuel and see all this small mining town had to offer. Our Mule handled great even with the over sized tires thanks to its Electronic Power Steering and Kawi’s CVT transmission that offers optional 2 wheel. 4 wheel or differential lock modes including high, low and reverse ranges. After we spent some time downtown we headed back to the park to log some trail miles to see what this machine really had to offer. I’ve rode a lot of different brands in my day and I was super impressed with the smooth power delivery and the quiet operation of the three-cylinder 812cc gas engine. This large, by trail riding standards machine handled exceptionally well through the woods and its fully independent suspension front and rear soaked up the rocky trails like it was nobody’s business. We had no trouble navigating the area even with our 64” wide girth and 6 passenger capacity. The nice thing about this Kawasaki set up was in a matter of minutes you could swap her to 3 passenger mode and extend your cargo hauling capacity in the rear dump bed. I must be honest, I was super impressed with what I thought was going to be a farm machine in the deep woods of PA. This thing made great power, handled well, soaked up the bumps and did it all with the ability to haul around a hockey team and all its gear or your entire family if that’s more your style. Check out the specs below then follow the link for tons more information. Better yet head on down to Dons Cycle in Hellam, PA and get the full scoop on this machine or any other from their full line of offerings. O Find them online at: www.donskawasaki.com

VINTAGE CROSS COUNTRY WRAP UP THE SOGGY BOTTOM BOYS Potomac Vintage Riders By: H. Silbaugh Part of the fun and challenge of riding the Potomac Vintage Riders’ cross-country series is keeping your old bike running long enough to complete the race. Cross-country courses can be demanding enough without the added challenge of wet weather. This year’s monsoon season toughened the tests for both bike and rider at all the rounds in the second half of the season, but that didn’t seem to deter many of the vintage faithful. Shying away from challenge is not a characteristic you’ll see much of in this group. In fact, many seemed to relish the additional pain the rain and mud brought, and frequent comparisons to the Blackwater could be overhead in conversations between mud-caked smiling faces at the tracks. What the heck is wrong with us?

The final round left the confines of the PA boundary and took place in New Windsor, MD. It appeared that even though there had been some rain in the week leading up to the race, conditions were going to be pretty good at this venue, which features grass track, lots of hills and some creek bottom. The dry weather forecast for race day held some promise for the mud-weary competitors. But wouldn’t you know it, the skies opened up between the Vintage race in the morning and the Post-vintage race in the afternoon. It was meant to be. The course had to be altered to take out some sections that became too risky, but lap times for the PV race were still longer than they were for the Vintage group. I’m not sure that’s ever happened before.

The last five races of this 10-race series saw increased entries over last year despite the weather. That says a lot about how much fun they are. At the 2-day event outside Ebensburg back in August, riders were treated to some great interaction with guest Grand Marshall and GNCC hero Tim Sheppard, as well as ISDE legend Jake Fischer and his rebuilt championship Husky. The weekend also featured kids’ races and a powder puff event for the wives or girlfriends that could be talked into riding. Everyone was treated to a free pig roast as well. A couple weeks later, round 8 in Wellsville served riders a mix of rocks and greasy mud that really separated the men from the boys, or maybe the fresh knobs from the worn. Two riders in the afternoon Post-Vintage actually lapped everyone else- one was 200 Expert Nathan Joseph, whose family just happens to be the race host, and ISDE vet Fred Hoess, who shows up to these events periodically and really put on a mud-riding clinic at this round. Riders got two weeks after Wellsville to dig the mud out of their nooks and crannies before the series resumed out west near Johnstown. (You know, the place famous for its floods.) The course here features plenty of elevation change and this year’s loop had some hills that weren’t just big, but tricky. One featured converging lines that met halfway up, making for some entertaining spectating. Conditions on the course made for some great racing, as the lead in both the Vintage and Post-vintage races changed hands several times.

Another successful year of vintage cross-country racing is now in the books, and if you haven’t been able to attend one of these great events yet, now is the time to start planning. Whether you just want to come out and check out the bikes in the pits and then watch the old iron take on the course or bring a bike out yourself and have a go at it, you’d be hard pressed to find a friendlier group to hang with, or an event at which you’d have a better time. To learn more, you can log onto the AHRMA Mid Atlantic Vintage Racing facebook page. On January 27th, Potomac Vintage Riders hosts their huge annual swap meet at the York Fairgrounds. You can learn more there as well, or maybe even snag a deal on a bike to bring to Round 1 in April next year. Sounds great, no? Maybe there’s really nothing wrong with us after all. B

Moto Tech Trailers - Travis Pastrana Pro Challenge Pleasure Valley Raceway Oct. 19-21, 2018 By: BrappMag.com Talk about an epic event. I would like to start by just thanking everyone in the moto community for the love they have for their sport. Neither, snow, hail, wind or rain could stop the faithful for turning out for this epic first annual event. The first ever Moto Tech Trailers / Travis Pastrana Pro Challenge from Pleasure Valley Raceway is now in the books. If you’re still wondering if Travis still has it, just forget it. The man came out and pulled a couple back flips for the crowd on Friday night, pulled a couple holeshots in the expert division on the track and hung out with us common folk just like we were his own. Mother nature tried her best but couldn’t defeat the racers who came out to chase the $20,000 plus purse and a chance to hang out with the man himself, TP 199. We had a stunt show, pit bike racing, evening musical entertainment and some great racing in some nasty conditions. Check out the class winners below then follow the link to see the rest. From what I hear this will become an annual event and maybe even something more. Stay tuned to the PVR website and Brapp Mag for all the exciting details. Oh and make sure you check out a Moto Tech trailer - see you next year. B

Taking It to The Streets with the AOAA and Dons Cycle www.aoaatrails.com - Nov. 3, 2018 I was doing some testing with Yamaha a few weeks ago at the AOAA Trails when my longtime friend and park manager Dave Porzi says to me - Shamokin officials want us to bring our riders downtown to patronize the local businesses. So, I asked Dave, when are you doing this? His reply was, well were scheduling 12-18 months out here for events but they want to pull it off this year yet to see if it can be a permanent thing. So voila, out of the hat comes another rabbit from the folks at the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area! It was like an answer to a prayer - finally the goal we’re all looking to achieve. A system similar to the Hatfield and McCoy system in WV, the same system the CMATVA is working towards in Upstate PA with their North Central ATV Initiative. The same reason why the land was awarded to the AOAA in the first place, to drive the local economies though off-road riding. 850 riders on 450 machines came out for this event. My friend Jim who is a member of the PA Trail Advisory committee got to talk with some of the founding city officials who helped make the AOAA a reality as well as the mayor of Shamokin and they were all pleased as well as humbled. The mayor said that he hadn’t seen this many people in the town in years for any reason and that he hopes to see more of this in the future. This was no small feat so we’d like to thank all the city officials, business owners and the residents of Shamokin as well as the staff from the AOAA and an army of volunteers who helped pull it all off. Most importantly the riders who came out and stood in line to get registered and left their time and dollars behind to help support what we would hope to be the future of off - road riding in the state of PA. The AOAA offers riding on thousands of acres in Northumberland County, PA. and is less than three hours drive from Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. Click Here for more info on riding at the AOAA: www.aoaatrails.com A special thanks to Dons Cycle in Hellam, Pa for getting us out on the streets and trails for this event in this 2019 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT. This 6-seater machine worked phenomenal out on the trail and I would recommend to take a look if you’re in the market for a new machine. O

The Anthracite Trail Riders, a club dedicated to promoting the AOAA, hosted the Lock Haven area, Central Mountain ATV Association, Inc., on a ride through the park. Both organizations are non-profit and heavily involved in promoting the off-roading sport through club rides, sponsoring charity events, volunteer work and supporting legislation that expands the Pennsylvania ATV trail systems, and most recently, successfully lobbying state representatives to pass a bill that separates ATV and snowmobile registrations. CMATVA Elk Tour and Toy Drive Nov. 10-11, 2018 Benezette, Pa By: OutdoorzMag.com Central Mountains ATV Assoc., Inc. held their 7th Annual Tour for Elk and Toy Drive on November 10th - 11th in Benezette, PA. Our “members only” association ride had an amazing combined turnout of 405 riders and 224 machines! Registration took place first thing at the Elk Visitor’s Center ECCO building and then we broke down into groups to enjoy a wonderful catered lunch by the Benezette Hotel and a visit to the Benezette Winery Store. The wine shop seemed to be a BIG hit! The event kicked off at 11:30 and everyone returned to the visitors center by 4pm. We rode on the township roads which are open to ATV’s in Benezette township and some private land that CMATVA has permission to ride on. Of course, every group is not going to have the same experience but in total CMATVA members saw 60 elk on Saturday and 255 on Sunday. Everyone had a good time visiting the Elk Visitor’s Center and we even had an opportunity to watch a movie on how elk were brought into Pennsylvania.

CMATVA collected close to 450 toys for our Toy Drive portion of the ride which was up from last year. We will be presenting the toys to the 24th annual Mark the Shark Toy Drive on December 9, 2018 at 10:30 am at Walmart in Mill Hall, PA. This event is sponsored by the radio station WSQV 92.1 FM in Lock Haven, Pa. and the toys are distributed through local charities with the help of students from Central Mountain Middle School and the Lock Haven Area Jaycees. A special thank you goes out to everyone who made this year’s 7th Annual Tour for Elk and Toy Drive such a success. We have a remarkable group of dedicated members who helped in many ways from parking to registration and keeping the group rides organized and everything moving throughout the day. Parking for all the trucks and trailers was made possible by Benezette Township and Andy Tuttle who allowed us to use his fields, thank you all for this. And lastly, thank you to the Elk Visitor’s Center, Benezette Hotel and Winery and the community we appreciate your accommodations and hospitality. You can see the pictures from our 7th Annual Tour for Elk and Toy Drive on our web site. www.cmatva.org and our Face Book page. Come join the fun and become a member today and we will include your 2019 membership. CMATVA wishes everyone a happy and safe holiday season. Be Alert….Ride Smart….Stay Safe…. Thank you, Henry J. Sorgen IV President of CMATVA

Once again, the folks from Brapp/Outdoorz Mag had an opportunity to tag along with the group and we had a blast. A cold blast, but a blast none the less. The above article failed to mention that temps were in the low 20’s on Saturday and windy keeping most of the Elk Herd under cover of the deep woods. The weather however didn’t discourage the crew from the CMATVA both riders and volunteers alike, let alone all the local folk that braved the cold to help support this event. We would also like to thank Yamaha Motors USA for providing us with a great ride and the town of Benezette for recognizing that off - road riders can be responsible and a great source of revenue for local economies. Be sure that you’ll see us back again next year. O

2019 YAMAHA WOLVERINE X2 PRODUCT REVIEW AT AOAA TRAILS By: OutdoorzMag.com I tell you what, I may be a little biased, but I believe that Yamaha has hit it out of the park with their new line of Wolverine X2 and X4 side by sides. Biased because I personally own an X4 and absolutely love it. But no kidding aside, a sportable, well rounded line of side by sides has long been awaited from Yamaha and boy have they delivered. We did an X4 review earlier this year and was completely impressed, so much we purchased our own. As a matter of fact, I was fortunate enough to get to test ride Yamaha’s original R Spec Wolverine when it released back in 2015. We knew then that they were on to something good and with the upgrades made to this current model year its sure to please any discriminating off road enthusiast. If you’re looking for a reliable, well handling and quiet sport/utility machine then you owe it to yourself to check these babies out. I hate to even use the word utility when talking about this machine but with its 600 pounds of capacity in its tilt bed and 2000 pounds of towing ability you must consider it. But let’s get to the fun stuff and I’m not sure even where to begin. Yamaha powered this baby with their new mid-engine 850cc liquid cooled parallel twin that puts The dump bed offers 600 Lbs. of capacity

The 2019 Yamaha Wolverine X2 SE the power to the ground while keeping a noise level that lets you carry a conversation with your passenger at just about any speed. Combined with Yamaha’s legendary Ultramatic V-Belt drive system that now offers a 10 - year warranty and in my opinion the best engine braking system on the planet this new compact side by side is sure to deliver. Fuel injection, fully adjustable suspension, electronic power steering plus an on command three way locking differential that offers high, low and reverse ranges and a full underbelly skid give you the confidence to go out and play hard, especially in the rocky terrains that Pennsylvania is known for. We could go on and on about how this machine handles, the smooth power delivery and the tons of options that Yamaha offers. My best recommendation is for you to follow the links below to learn more than head out to your local Yamaha dealer to see for yourself. Thanks once again to Yamaha and the AOAA trails for getting us out in this super fun machine to pass on the word to all of you. HOW TO RIDE YOUR FIRST TRIALS EVENT Mid Atlantic Trials Series www.mid-atlantictrials.com Hosted by: Tri State Trialers Wilmington, DE By: Jim Bull In mid-October two things out of the ordinary happened. An old friend and client contacted me and said, hey Jim, our club would like to invite you out to cover our trials event for Brapp Magazine. Within a week another friend and client contacted me and said, hey Jim, I have a great idea for an off-season article for Brapp Magazine – how to ride your first trials event. Well, I thought this too much of a coincidence and my first thought was, I’d probably have to ride in my first trials event to do a proper report, and the rest as they say, is history. Now, I’ve always been known to speak before I think, and this was just one more of those times, lol. So off we went the morning of the event, only located about an hour from my home in Southern Lancaster. There are two series prominent in our region, the Mid Atlantic Vintage Trials Series and the District 6 Trials series. This event happened to be the first, hosted by the Tri State Trialers club. So immediately a bit of confusion set in but was easily clarified by just talking to the right people. My friend Sonny says Jim, I have a 2012 Gas Gas you can borrow, and I’ve experienced this before at Trials events. I said Sonny, isn’t this a Vintage trials meet, how can I compete on a newer bike with mono shock and disc brakes? Anyhow, long story short. The Vintage trials scene is “hopping” so to speak but of course bikes are at a premium and the clubs and organizations want to open their events to as many as possible so they’ve created some classes within their series to allow the modern bikes to compete. Sometimes, as I’ve seen at D6 events they may ride Vintage bikes on Saturday and Modern bikes on Sunday to offer riders more opportunities to ride. It was super easy to get involved at this particular event. No AMA membership was required, and it was only a $20 sign up fee to compete. There was also a $5 one day fee because I wasn’t a MAT member. The club had a demo section set up to practice on before the event and they had experienced riders on hand to give you the basics before heading out onto the loop.

The @brapp_captain competes in his first ever trials event competition, not that the riders didn’t take it seriously. How did I do you ask? Well let’s just say I’d recommend spending a little more than 10 minutes on the bike you are competing on before you begin. Better yet maybe even take some time out in the woods on that bike and attempt riding some obstacles and practicing your balance. I have a new-found respect for this group of guys and gals. I knew I would struggle, but not to the degree I did. Who knew that riding slow and balancing a light weight trials bike could offer such a challenge. Fun yes, but man it kicked my butt. Props to this group for having me out and being so helpful. They had 82 riders participate at this event and in talking with a few you could tell most had a life long love for motorcycling. There were riders of all ages and I talked to some who have recently switched over from different disciplines of racing to enjoy the relaxed pace of trials.

You can check out the rules and get more details at the link below: http://www.mid-atlantictrials.com/MATRules1.pdf You can also get more pointers on the MAT website at: You can get more info on the D6 trials series by clicking here: http://d6trials.com/ http://www.mid-atlantictrials.com/Trials_Basics.pdf If you need a great shop to help you get into the sport or find everything you need if If you’re not familiar with the Trials concept it’s pretty easy. There is a loop usually you already compete, check out the article on the next page or go to: anywhere from 5 to 10 miles in length with different trials sections or obstacles that http://www.southmountaincycleshop.com/ riders need to navigate. The sections are split up into four different difficulty levels. I We hope to see you out there! B rode Modern 4 which was the easiest section with the “1” section being reserved for expert riders. You get points every time you put a foot down, stop your forward motion or take out a ribbon. Yes the idea, the rider with the fewest points wins. This event had 11 different sections and riders where required to complete three loops or 33 total sections within a 4.5 hour time frame. This allows you time to stop and rest, work on your bike, have a sandwich or hang out with your buddies and bench race for a while. The atmosphere was really laid back and geared towards fun more so than Riders of all ages were enjoying the sport There were classes for modern and vintage bikes

FOCUS ON FAMILY: NAECKER RACING! By Courtney Kaczka Some think that racing is in the blood. I think it is in the heart. Racers and their friends and families join hearts weekend after weekend, event after event, as they compete, struggle, succeed, overcome, share, heal, learn, laugh, cry, and, in the deepest ways - CONNECT. These fellow racers and their pit crews get labeled as our “race family” and provide a comradery and support network like none I’ve seen in other sports. We want to recognize those core race families that have multiple generations active in the motorcycling/racing community. They typically share a history and knowledge that inspires others and are positive promoters of their sport. One such family is the Naecker Family from Maryland. With four generations of motorcycle fans, they have built quite the legacy in our race community. Karl Naecker is known throughout much of the motocross community on the East Coast. A former District 7 Secretary, a Mid-Atlantic Motocross Association (MAMA) trophy administrator, and founder of Naecker’s Cobra, Karl is passionate about racing and has a soft spot for cheering on the kids. We often find Karl chatting with anyone and everyone in the pits, especially younger racers… encouraging them no matter what and making each feel good about their efforts on the track. Though Karl never raced formally himself, his father Charlie Naecker was always into motorcycles. His dad was a Motorcycle Police Officer in Washington D.C. and raced flat track and street bikes back in the day. Karl, and his brother Earl, grew up in Beltsville Md. always building and riding dirt bikes in the local gravel pits. Karl and his wife, Christina, now have three grown children… Sara, Silas, and Susan. And those children have children… and the motorcycling tradition continues on. Son Silas, and his wife Jenn, are the third generation in this family that finds time spent on motorcycles as valuable in the foundation of their tight-knit family. Silas grew up in Beltsville MD and rode his dirt bike in the gravel pits in the area. It wasn’t until college that Silas started racing motocross and hare scrambles here and there. He currently races the 30+ MX class occasionally and loves to spend track time with his family. Silas says his favorite race memory is “Getting given crap from my kids for not going fast enough. “ He can take it though, and continues to be a great dad, coach, and mechanic for his boys. He also now runs Naecker’s Cobra, the family mini cycle business, and extends their passion/support by sponsoring other mini racers as they start in the sport. Silas’ own boys are the fourth generation of motorcycle enthusiast and got started on mini bikes with family support. The oldest, Mason, became involved in racing at age 4 when Ian Bateman of MXSolutions convinced them to bring young Mason to watch a MAMA race. From then on, he never looked back and has been racing since. Mason has competed all over the country, including qualifying for Loretta Lynn’s six years in a row. Younger brothers Maxx and Myles previously raced but now prefer free riding time and other activities. Maxx plays basketball and is an awesome break dancer while Myles plays basketball and enjoys lacrosse. Silas and Jennifer add that they have an additional son because of the nature of this sport. Years ago, neighbor Ian Killian was drawn to their family due to the love of riding motorcycles. Although he has a large wonderful family of his own, he has become like another son. He traveled with them, went riding with them and, at times, practically lived with them. Ian is considered part of the family and, once the other boys were born, he has been seen as their older brother. Jenn Naecker and her dad, Bill Ervin, are a crucial part of their race family support system and come to just about every race. The Naecker family and their crew are a perfect example of the huge heart of motorcycle enthusiast and the tendency for racers to extend their family beyond traditional definition. The family believes that MX is a passion that is inside of certain people. It is a great sport in many ways. It promotes healthy living. It’s a great place for kids to grow up and learn a lot of good life lessons. Most everyone at the MX track is like family and supports one another. The rest of the race community is proud to consider them family as well and respect the family commitment, connections, and MX love that they bring. Salute!!! B

CHAPLAINS CORNER By: Jim Bull Since this is our December issue, I wanted to start by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. At this point however, I wanted to ask you all to reflect on what the Christmas Holiday meant to you? Is it spending time with family and exchanging gifts or maybe it’s the big game on TV, how about all those holiday parties? Maybe Christmas is all that to you and more. I would like to ask you; do you believe there is more to it than that and if you don’t, would you like to know the truth? Let’s see what the Bible says: Luke 2:11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. Luke 2:21 On the eighth day, when it was time to circumcise the child, he was named Jesus, the name the angel had given him before he was conceived. Now there have been many who have argued over the years that Jesus was just a man who lived some 30 or so years on earth. That he was just a prophet or a teacher. But the Bible tells us that Jesus is God in the flesh, that he came here to deliver us all from our sins. That the only way to Heaven is through Him. John 14:6 Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Here’s more good news: Luke 5:31-32 31. Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 32. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Revelations 3:20 Jesus said - Here I am! I stand at your door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door. I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. So, what’s this all mean you ask? It means that Jesus wants to hang out with you, that he wants to have your back and bless you greatly. All you must do this Christmas season is just ask him into your life and let him do the rest. Better yet, do it today. For prayer or to learn more please contact us here at BrappMag or follow along on our Facebook Page – Jim Bull Talks.,
