Why not spend time with nature to ease stress and worry. If you love to be surrounded by nature, try going for a hike at a spot away from the crowd. It can ease stress and anxiety especially when you’re viewing the beautiful scenery of nature and enjoy the fresh air. Finally, do your best to remain calm and attempt to do some physical activity, even if it’s just going for a social distancingappropriate walk around your neighbourhood. You’ll be surprised how such a simple walk could do some good to release stress. Just make sure to take some time out for yourself whenever you can. All of us deserve some ‘me time’ to be happier and away from stress.
