t’s not only my personal belief that every body is beautiful, but the mainstream media and society as a whole are taking to that same view point. Different heights, shapes and curves are being showcased and celebrated like never before. It’s always important to wear what makes you feel great, but if you’re looking for styling ideas based on your unique body type, here are some tips to guide you.

Rectangle Measurements of shoulders, bust, and hips are fairly uniform with this body type. V-Necks and buttondown tops help to create the illusion of more shape up top. For this body type, wide leg pants, flare jeans, a fit and flare skirt or a bell cut dress also help create the illusion of more shape and curve on the bottom. Things to avoid are jumpsuits and monochromatic which can appear visually as one straight line.
