//1 introduction CADINI is reconized worldwide for its timeless and elegant menswear. For over three decades CADINI has made innovative steps to becoming a leader in the industry. CADINI impeccably crafts the “total look” for everyday. Celebrated for the quality and traditional “Made in Italy” style, CADINI has shown, since the beginning, great promise as a renowned manufacturer in the garment sector. Much of CADINI’s success is attributed to the expertise gained in its beginning years as a manufacturer. Today CADINI competes with some of the largest names in Men’s wear as it continues to grow and enter new markets, and is now operating in over 40 countries. CADINI prides itself in the “Made in Italy” concept cultivating flawless pieces unique to Italy. Using the finest quality materials from prominent Italian textile manufacturers such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Cerruti 1891, Vitale Barberis Canonico Zignone, etc., CADINI’s creative design process from conception to realization guarantees the excellence of every garment.

//2 our history In 1983, Cadini presented its first total look collection and since 1996, Cadini’s collections have been regularly presented at Pitti Uomo in Florence to target a sophisticated international client base. To complete the evolution of its business model at the beginning of the new millennium, Cadini started building its own retail distribution network. In 2001, the first Cadini franchise store was inaugurated in Florence (Italy) and in 2003, its second store was opened in Shanghai (China). Finally in 2006, the first “Cadini Styled in Italy� brand license agreement was signed. After 30 years of constant evolution and improvement, Cadini is a solid and reliable brand with the internal capabilities of designing, manufacturing, and distributing total look collections to an international network of sophisticated stores. 6
origin of the name 03//
The brand and the company is called by the name of the group of mountains “il Gruppo dei Cadini di Misurina”, close to the lake of Misurina in Cortina (Northern Italy), where many Russians like to spend their winter holidays. It is a group of dolomites, which have exclusive variety of rocks, types of hills and valleys. It is coherent with the company’s big range of products, which include classic and casual men’s wear and also complementing accessories, which creates a complete contemporary “total look”. Moreover, the word “ciadin”, from which derives the name of the mountain group itself, means “amphitheatre”. To complete the whole concept of the company name, it is important to mention, that the fashion show concept of CADINI “total look” stands for the origin of its name also – every year new collections are presented in an Etruscan amphitheatre in Fiesole (Florence), where theater and fashion gets together to represent the Italian spirit of the company. Etruscans, which have a big imprint in Italian history, had a deep tradition of sculpture. Their heritage – bronze sculptures, one of which became the logo of the company. A picture of a styled Etruscan bronze horse represents strength and power – features of a confident contemporary man.

around the world 04// Much of Cadini’s success is attributed to the expertise gained during the early years as a garment manufacturer. Thanks to a specific know-how, Cadini has been able to select a number of highly reliable Italian suppliers all wellknown for the unbeatable quality of their production while building solid partnerships over the years. This network of partners allows the company to control all the aspects related to design, production, distribution, and promotion of the brand. Moreover, Cadini’s quality control process guarantees the selection of only the finest fabrics and raw materials. Today, Cadini successfully distributes its products through a selected network of retailers, wholesalers, apparel companies, and department stores all over the world. Since 2001,Cadini has opened three directly owned stores, thirty five franchising stores, eighteen corners, and is currently distributing in more than forty countries including USA, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, China, and India, among others. The company has also signed two license agreements for “Cadini Styled in Italy”, one in China, where ten stores have been opened by the local partner, and the other in India, with six stores.

Castiglioni The visual impact of the large fixtures in the Minimal series is reduced to a minimum, as the lamps themselves are recessed beyond the plane of the false ceiling. Recessed fitting designed for use with lamps 3x75W. It is made up of an aluminium sheet shell housing the three optical assemblies. The lamps are located on die-cast aluminium rings directable through technopolymer universal joints (+/- 45째 rotation with respect to the vertical and horizontal axes) - also permitting stablity of the angling system. The shell is fixed to the false ceiling (installation hole: 498 x 178 mm) through brackets located on a special adapter made from extruded aluminium.
