Thus, a framework for cooperation has thoroughly been established before signing this MoU. The partners declare to implement all mobility processes according to the “Quality Guideline for mobility projects in health and social care professions” developed during the project.

Recruitment Process – Checklist Starting 6 months before mobility, ending 6 weeks before1
6 weeks before mobility, till 4 weeks before
3 weeks before mobility
1 week before mobility
Inform students and teachers about upcoming mobility
Plan interviews of invited candidates.
Orientation day.
Send students mail with all details needed.
Inform students about procedures for application and selection criteria
Plan language test. Can be tested during interview
Decide if students are still suitable for mobility.
Final check for necessary documents and passport.
If applicable, provide templates for application.
Select students based on selection criteria.
Give students final confirmation.
Check applications.
Plan orientation day and invite selected students.
Give students all the (travel) details.
Invite candidates for interview.
First check if necessary documents (e.g. valid passport) are there.
Second check for necessary documents.
In case of application of underage students, ask them to bring parental approval for interview.
We recommend to start the recruitment process as early as possible. 6 months will give you enough time to thoroughly talk to all involved students and their parents and to handle unforeseen events. However, in some cases you will not have so much time to prepare the mobility, for example in case of a belated approval of the funding. In any way, we recommend not to start later than 6 weeks before the mobility – if you even have less time than that, organisation of the mobility will be stressful and you risk that your mobility’s outcomes are not as good as expected. 1

Template for Final Report by the hosting organisation Dear project coordinator, This template has been developed by the project team of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership Project “care4mobility”. Amongst others, it was the objective of this project to provide hands-on templates for coordinators of VET learner mobilities, in particular in the health and social care field – both for sending and hosting organisations. The template at hand is in particular provided for hosting organisations, that wish to give a well-structured report on the mobility and its outcomes. It is thus recommended to complete all chapters, that are given in the following report outline. However, you may of course always focus on your and your sending partner’s priorities and add extra chapters etc. We wish you loads of success while implementing mobility projects! Your care4mobility project team 3rd April 2017
