TAI CHI FOR HEALTH I SOME DATES CANCELED A certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor will lead you through gentle, focused movements designed to strengthen your body, relax your mind and improve your overall health. Harvard Medical School and Mayo Clinic research shows that Tai Chi positively impacts balance, coordination, stress, chronic pain, immune system and overall health. There is no floor or mat work.
