YOUTH YOGA CANCELED Introduce kiddos to yoga through fun, creative exercises! Participants will learn about calm breathing, practice individual and partner poses, understand the importance of quiet time and develop tools for relaxation and anxiety reduction. Each session will include breathing exercises, yoga poses, mini meditation and an art activity.

INTRO TO YOGA SOME DATES CANCELED Reduce stress and increase your flexibility! Learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques that comprise a mind-body class. You will learn everything you need to know to be successful in any regular yoga class. All equipment is provided. Namaste!

In this lecture-based class, we will work our way through each step, one per class, to obtain a more in-depth understanding of yoga as a holistic philosophy.
