You can engage with this benefit in any of the following ways: Health Information Kits Order kits from an extensive library of credible and up-to-date medical and health topics. There are even kits on raising kids, improving sleep and stress management. Personalized Support and Information Work with a physician-led team for information on any medical condition. Receive guidance on your healthcare options, including where to go for a second opinion on a diagnosis. Surgical Decision Support Have you received a recommendation by a physician for any of the following surgeries: lower back, hip replacement, knee replacement or hysterectomy? If yes, members on the HRA or HSA plans are required to engage with Surgical Decision Support at least 30 days prior to your planned surgery, otherwise there will be a financial penalty assessed. If you do engage, not only is the penalty waived but you may be eligible for a $400 gift card! Bind members can still engage with Surgical Decision Support but are not required to do so.
